B超引导下电针治疗输尿管上段结石120例临床观察

目的:探讨局部电针强刺激对输尿管上段结石的治疗作用。方法:将360例输尿管上段结石患者随机分为B超引导下局部电针强刺激治疗组、药物组、针刺组3组进行疗效对比观察。结果:治疗组和两对照组比较,治愈率和总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:B超引导下局部强刺激治疗输尿管结石,具有较好的临床效果,且副作用小。     

Electro-acupuncture Treatment for the Upper Segment Ureterolithiasis Under B-Ultrasonography

In order to explore the effects of the local strong stimulation generated by electro-acupuncture for treatmentof the upper segment ureterolithiasis,a controlled study was carded out among the treatment group(electro-acupuncture with strong stimulation),the control group Ⅰ(medication) and the control group Ⅱ(conventional acupuncture).The results showed that the differences in the cure rate and the total effectiverate between the treatment group and the two control groups were significant in statistical analysis (P<0.05and P<0.01 respectively).This indicates that better therapeutic effects can be obtained by the local strongstimulation generated by electro-acupuncture for treatment of the upper segment ureterolithiasis.
