新癀片对西药吲哚美辛溶出度影响的探讨

以新癀片为对象，对加有吲哚美辛的新癀片进行了溶出度测定，比较了HPMC和PVP等4种辅料作粘合剂制得片剂的溶出度差异，探讨了中药对西药溶出速率的影响。

<正>1 材料 1.1 药物 银杏露,安庆市第一制药厂,批号为960822;1ml含中药量为1.18g,于水浴锅上浓缩成1ml=2ml备用。急支糖浆,四川涪陵制药厂,批号为960523,于水浴上浓缩成1ml=2ml备用。氢氧化铵,合肥市永清医药化工厂,批号为930413(A.R) 1.2 动物 昆明种小鼠,体重20±2g,雌雄皆用。安徽医科大学实验动物中心提供。

新癀片体外溶出度的研究

用4种不同辅料作新癀片的粘合剂，分别测定其硬度及体外溶出度，探讨不同辅料对其影响。结果表明，不同辅料对硬度有明显影响，对其体外溶出参数亦有显著性差异。并测定了崩解时限，结果表明，T50与崩解时限之间相关性不显著。
