目的:探讨不同炮制品组方的四物汤药效。方法:观察不同炮制品组成的四物汤对血虚小鼠外周血象、骨髓有核细胞数、游泳时间、体质量、脾指数、胸腺指数、微循环血流量、微血管流速和管径的影响。结果:各组成成分均为酒炙品组方的四物汤能显著升高脾虚小鼠外周血红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白及骨髓有核细胞的含量,延长脾虚小鼠的游泳时间、增加微循环血流量、增加微动脉和微静脉流速和扩张微动脉和微静脉血管管径,与其他各组及生品组相比,差异有极显著统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:四物汤用于临床治疗营血虚滞、出血性瘀血伴血虚或产后瘀血出血时,组方中熟地黄、当归、白芍、川芎应采用酒炙品。 相似文献

目的旨在观察阿司匹林急诊治疗血栓性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法研究对象选自本院2017年7月至2018年7月收治的90例血栓性脑梗塞患者,将所选患者按照治疗措施的不同分为对照组45例,实施常规治疗措施进行治疗,另外45例患者作为观察组在实施常规治疗措施的基础上增加使用阿司匹林进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果通过对本次研究选择的两组血栓性脑梗塞患者实施不同的治疗措施,两一组患者病情均表现出不同程度的好转,经过治疗后,观察组患者治疗有效率较对照组患者治疗有效率而言明显更优;2组患者接受治疗之前NIHSS评分差异不具有统计学意义(P0.05),经过治疗后,观察组患者NIHSS评分改善情况较对照组患者NIHSS评分明显较优;且观察组患者神经功能指标改善时间短于对照组患者神经功能相关指标改善时间(P0.05)。结论对于血栓性脑梗塞患者急诊常规治疗措施上增加使用阿司匹林进行治疗,可上调临床疗效,有利于患者神经功能恢复。 相似文献

Sequential Therapy Based on Evolvement of Patterns: A New Model for Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease
In order to solve the problem of long-term (>9 months) efficacy in the treatment of Alzheimer''s disease (AD) by conventional therapy (CT), a staged and multiply-targeted sequential therapy based on the evolvement of patterns (STEP) was developed. Its main innovations include: (1) the time order of evolution of patterns defined by Chinese medicine (CM) in AD was found, that is, "the orderly pattern evolution starting from Shen (Kidney) deficiency, progressing to phlegm, stasis and fire, and worsening to severe toxin as well as functional collapse"; (2) the cascade hypothesis of Shen deficiency in AD and its sequential therapy based on Shen-reinforcing was proposed, that is, "reinforcing Shen in the early stage and throughout the whole process, resolving phlegm, activating blood and purging fire in the middle stage, detoxifying and replenishing vitality to stop the collapse in the advanced stage", and through meta-analysis, clinical drug use was optimized, thus the leap from "inferential selection" to "evidence-based selection" was realized; (3) the STEP regimen combined with CT maintained cognitive and behavioral stability in AD patients for at least 12 months, with cognitive enhancement and behavioral synergy after 9 months, and cognitive benefit was superior to CT at 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, and 24 months, respectively. The 2-year cognitive improvement rate was increased by 25.64% (P=0.020) and the cognitive deterioration rate was decreased by 48.71% (P=0.000). Among them, the cognitive and functional benefits of Shen-reinforcing therapy for very early AD (350 cases) for 1 year were better than the placebo (P<0.001), and the dementia conversion rate was reduced by 8.85% (P=0.002). The behavioral symptomatic relief of patients with vascular dementia received fire-purging therapy (540 cases) was superior to those received CT (P=0.016). These data suggested that the STEP regimen has synergistic effects on CTs at least in terms of cognitive benefit, and the earlier the use, the greater the benefit will have. Therefore, the STEP regimen should be considered as one of the clinical options, particularly for the dearth of effective pharmaceutical or immunological interventions that are currently available for AD. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: The cerebral ischemia and ischemia/reperfusion animal models are used to simulate the human cerebrovascular diseases is one of the popular topics of neurological science recently. To study the pathophysiology, pathogenesis, prophylaxis and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases and to establish the ideal animal model that is the most similar to the human cerebral ischemia, are the topics that the people generally cared about.
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of aerocyst-blocking bilateral ascending pharyngeal artery on the establishment of cerebral ischemia models by using digital subtraction angiography (DSA), magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and magnetic resonance perfusion-weighted imaging (PWI).
DESIGN: Repetitive measure animal experiment.
SETTING: Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University.
MATERIALS: The experiment was carried out in the Animal Laboratory (Provincial Laboratory), Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian Univeristy from January to May 2006. A total of 14 domestic piglets, of 6 months old, weighing 12–15 kg, of either gender, were selected from Animal Experimental Center, Dalian University. Multistar T.O.P digital subtraction angiography machine was provided by Siemens Company, German.
METHODS: Aerocyst-blocking bilateral ascending pharyngeal artery was used to establish cerebral ischemia models. And then, Multistar T.O.P. DSA was used for imaging of cerebral vessels before blocking, during blocking and at 0.5 and 2 hours after ischemia perfusion. GE Signa 1.5 T supraconduction magnetic resonance imaging was used for DWI examination; in addition, PWI was used based on focal sites and areas. Otherwise, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was used to detect signal changes of T1WI and T2WI in ischemic areas.
MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Analytic results of DSA, DWI, PWI and MRI.
RESULTS: All 14 experimental piglets were involved in the final analysis. ① DSA: The blood flow of bilateral ascending pharyngeal arteries and its branch were blocked at blocking phase, which restored 0.5 and 2 hours after reperfusion. ② DWI and PWI: There were no observable abnormalities in PWI and DWI at pre-blocking. Abnormal increased signals were found on both DWI and PWI at during and post-blocking. There were reduction in ADC and rCBF and delay in rTTP at all time points except pre-blocking. ③ MRI: There were no abnormal signals observable at any time of pre- and post-blocking in T1WI and T2WI.
CONCLUSION: It is feasible to establish this kind of animal experimental models, and it can simulate the ischemic state; meanwhile, the existence and extent can be showed directly by DSA, DWI, and PWI. 相似文献

目的构建普遍适合性的膜表达热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的真核表达载体,修饰并建立HSP 70表达并结合在细胞膜表面的肿瘤细胞.方法RT-PCR法从人胚肾中获取HSP 70的cDNA,扩增成带酶切位点的目的基因.选择载体pDisplay,将目的基因插入载体多克隆酶位点中.DNA测序证实后,以脂质体转染的方法,将载体转染到黑色素瘤细胞.用G418抗性筛选获得阳性克隆.结果酶切电泳和DNA测序证实载体构建正确;目的基因的上游带信号肽序列,下游带跨膜序列.RT-PCR产物电泳、Westem Blotting、激光共聚焦显微镜和流式细胞术证实大量HSP 70表达并结合在转染的黑色素瘤细胞膜表面.结论成功地构建了膜表达HSP 70的真核表达载体;转染到黑色素瘤细胞后,细胞膜表面表达丰富的HSP70.转染细胞可以进一步制备新型瘤苗. 相似文献

目的:调查寒区坑道内微小气候对进驻部队的影响,并采取相应的改善措施。方法:检测23条无人进驻的军事坑道、l条有人进驻的卫生坑道的气温、气湿、风速。结果;23条无人进驻坑道平均气温8.9℃,相对湿度36.1%。卫生坑道在人员进驻后,气温由9.5℃上升到10.6℃,相对湿度由33.9%上升到76.5%;采取升温保暖及防潮措施后,相对湿度降至55.0%,手术室气温上升到20℃左右,顺利完成外科手术2例。结论:无人进驻的寒区坑道气温普遍较低。当有人进驻时,较强的负辐射易使人体与环境之间热能失衡,不利于人体健康。升温保暖及防潮措施对手术的顺利进行是有效的。 相似文献

Clinical observation of Qi deficiency syndrome in 72 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated with Yiqi Mianyi Granule 下载免费PDF全文
Seventy-two patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of Qi deficiency syndrome with abnormal immune indices were treated with Yiqi Mianyi Granule (YQMYG) and the efficacy was compared with that of 30 cases treated with Zhenqi fuzheng Granule (ZQFZG) for control. Results showed that the markedly effective rate of symptomatic improvement of Qi deficiency in YQMYG group was 65.3%, the total effective rate 93.1%. 88.6% of the immune indices lower than normal were corrected and 43. 7% of them were normalized, while for indices that were higher than normal the rate were 78.2% and 52.9% respectively. These results suggested that YQMYG could improve symptom of Qi Deficiency markedly, strengthen cellular immunity and regulate immune dysfunction. 目的:评价西酞普兰与氯米帕明治疗强迫症的疗效和不良反应。方法:将符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版强迫症诊断标准的46例住院和门诊患者,随机分为两组,分别给予西酞普兰及氯米帕明治疗。疗程8周。用Yale-Brown强迫症量表(Y-BOCS),汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD),临床疗效总评量表的病情严重程度(CGI-SI)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:西酞普兰与氯米帕明对强迫症疗效相似,但前者起效更快,不良反应少于后者。结论:西酞普兰是一种安全、有效的新一代抗强迫症药,可以作为治疗强迫症的一线药使用。 相似文献
