CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE TREATMENT OF THROMBOCYTOPENIC PURPURA BY HUOXUE HUAYU DRUGS

Thrombocytopenic purpura has been knownas an immunologic disorder.Previously we re-ported satisfactory effectiveness in the treatmentof this disease using Huoxue Huayu(活血化瘀)drugs,In order to better understand the thera-peutic mechanism,the present study was carriedout to investigate the effect of Huoxe Huayudrugs on platelet-associated IgG(PAIgG)in pa-tients with thrombocytopenic purpura.Significantreduction of PAIgG level was noted followingtherapy,indicating an immunosuppressive effectof Huoxue Huayu drugs     

活血化瘀中药治疗血小板减少性紫癜的观察

血小板减少性紫癜属干免疫性疾病,我院曾报道以活血化瘀中药治疗本症疗效满意。为进一步探究其治疗原理,近年来,我们对用活血化瘀中药治疗的患者进行了血小板表面相关 IgG(PAIgG)的测定,证明了此类中药确有免疫抑制作用,现报道如下。
