莲房原花青素对^60Go-γ射线致亚急性辐射损伤防护的研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
目的:研究莲房原花青素(LSPC)的抗辐射作用。方法:80只小鼠分4组,实验组分别连续灌胃不同剂量(50、100、200mg/kg bw)的LSPC 15d后,接受^60Go-γ射线8.0Gy照射后,一半动物观察平均存活时间和30d存活率。另一半动物于照射后不同时间检测外周血白细胞、红细胞、血小板、血红蛋白含量。结果:小鼠经8,0Gy^60Go-γ一次全身辐照后,100、200mg/kg bw LSPC组能使小鼠平均存活时间分别提高49.2%和58.3%,存活率明显高于对照组,且各组小鼠的保护指数均大于1.0;外周血像于照后21d基本恢复正常,且以200mg/kg bw LSPC组效果最佳。结论:LSPC对8,0Gy ^60Go-γ,射线亚急性辐射损伤有一定的保护作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨经鼻高流量鼻导管湿化氧疗对重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者症状改善及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2017年1月—2019年2月我院收治的70例重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,各35例。除常规治疗外,给予对照组持续气道正压通气疗法,观察组则行经鼻高流量鼻导管湿化氧疗,比较治疗后两组症状改善情况及生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组气促、肺部啰音等临床症状消失时间均早于对照组,QOL-74评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经鼻高流量鼻导管湿化氧疗治疗重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭效果显著,可有效缓解缺氧状况,缩短治疗周期,耐受性好,利于提高生活质量,促进预后。  相似文献

目的 观察血液灌流疗法治疗重症有机磷中毒的临床疗效。方法 60例重症有机磷中毒患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组实施常规急诊抢救,观察组在常规急诊抢救的基础上实施血液灌流治疗。比较两组抢救成功率、意识恢复时间;肝肾功能指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)]水平;心肌损伤指标[肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)]水平。结果 观察组意识恢复时间(51.47±10.29)min短于对照组的(67.82±14.55)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ALT、AST、BUN、Scr水平分别为(63.04±18.27)U/L、(57.41±14.86)U/L、(14.26±2.19)mmol/L、(372.05±40.79)μmol/L;对照组分别为(82.45±19.31)U/L、(74.92±16.67)U/L、(16.73±2.57)mmol/L、(428.43±51.07)μmol/L。两组ALT、AST、BUN、Scr水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CK-MB、cTnI、cTnT水平分别为(32.65±9.18)U/L、(0.33±0.11)μg/L、(0.36±0.12)μg/L;对照组分别为(46.19±12.37)U/L、(0.46±0.14)μg/L、(0.51±0.16)μg/L。两组CK-MB、cTnI、cTnT水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血液灌流用于重症有机磷中毒患者急诊抢救中可加快其苏醒,减轻肝、肾、心肌损害。  相似文献

目的:研究超声波技术对大黄中蒽醌类成分提取率的影响,并与传统提取方法做比较.方法:以超声波强化提取法为试验组,以常规煎煮法及乙醇回流法对对照组,进行平行试验.结果:以水为提取溶剂,采用超声波强化提取10 min对游离蒽醌的提取率即与水煎煮法煎煮60 min提取效果相当;以乙醇为提取溶剂的提取效果明显好于水,几种方法相比较,以乙醇作为提取溶剂超声波萃取法对大黄蒽醌的提取效果最好.结论:超声波法提取大黄蒽醌类成分具有提取效率高、操作简便、省时等优点,值得推广应用.  相似文献

目的探索ICU无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰的临床效果。方法本次研究对象为100例ICU急性左心衰患者,分为两组(利用数据库随机分组式),分别采用常规治疗和无创正压通气治疗。结果观察组HR、R、PaCO2、PaO2、TEL、SV、LVEF均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对ICU急性左心衰患者实施无创正压通气治疗效果显著。  相似文献

采用正交试验设计法,研究了超声波辅助提取大黄中蒽醌类成分的最佳工艺条件。试验表明:原料按料液比为1g:30mL,在体积分数90%的乙醇中浸润12h后,超声波辅助提取15min,连续提取2次,总蒽醌、游离蒽醌的提取率分别达91.91%和96.48%,明显优于常规煎煮法和乙醇回流法。  相似文献

Aim To explore the effect of γ-ray on the mRNA,protein expression levels and metabolic activity level of the key drug metabolic enzyme CYP3A1 in rat liver. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, 24 h post-radiation group and 72 h post-radiation group. The experimental group was exposed to total body irradiation of single 6 Gy γ-ray. Blood was collected from the orbital venous plexus for blood routine examination and biochemical analysis 24 h and 72 h after irradiation, and liver tissue was prepared for quantifying expression of CYP3A1 mRNA and liver-specific microRNA (miR-122-5p) through RT-PCR. The expression level of CYP3A1 protein was analyzed by Western blot, and the metabolic activity level of CYP3A1 detected by the specific substrate midazolam combined with LC-MS method. Results Com¬pared with the control group, the weights of the rats in the radiation group significantly decreased, and the number of white blood cells was markedly reduced. Simultaneously, the activities of alanine aminotrans-ferase and alkaline phosphatase continuously descended, as well as the levels of total bilirubin and bile acid significantly increased, which indicated that the liver may be damaged after radiation. The relative expression of CYP3A1 mRNA continued to increase significantly 24 h and 72 h after irradiation. CYP3A1 protein expression and metabolic activity levels showed an obvious increasing trend 24 h after irradiation, and rose significantly 72 h after irradiation compared with the control group. At the same time, the expression of miR-122-5p in liver of rats in the 24 h and 72 h post-radiation group continued to decrease rapidly compared with the control group. Conclusions γ-ray radiation may arouse damage effect on liver, which leads to the continuous up-regulation of the mRNA and protein expression levels of the capital metabolic enzyme CYP3A1 in liver tissue, as well as the elevation of the metabolic activity level.
