鼻腔鼻窦恶性纤维组织细胞瘤1例报告 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
患者男,33岁。头痛及鼻出血1个月。头痛以前额较重,夜间明显,不能入眠。右面部及牙龈麻木,右耳阵发性疼痛,右侧眼球突出,眼睑肿胀,复视,睁眼受限。体检:外鼻无畸形,鼻窦区无压痛,鼻黏膜轻度充血,双侧下鼻甲稍肥大。鼻内镜:右侧鼻腔有坏死出血组织,去除坏死组织,见暗红色新生物来自嗅裂,鼻咽大部也有新生物充填。胸部X线检查及心电图无异常,化验检查无异常。影像学检查:(1)CT检查,轴位及冠状位平扫,右侧鼻腔上部软组织密度肿物,CT值49HU,较均匀,向上及向前侵犯同侧后组筛窦、右侧眶尖、蝶窦,蝶骨体及右侧蝶骨大、小翼内侧部分骨质破坏(图1… 相似文献

Objective To investigate the expression and relationship of TIP30(HIV-1 Tat interactive protein 2), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and MVD (detected by CD34) in the angiogenesis of human brain astrocytomas. Methods Expression of TIP30, VEGF and CD34 in 19 cases of normal brain tissue and 71 cases of astrocytoma were immunohistochemically examined with Elivision plus two-step method. Results The positive expression of TIP30 could be seen in cytoplasm of neuroglial cells and neurons of 19 normal brain tissues. The positive expression rate of TIP30 in 71 cases of astrocytoma was 33.80 % (24/ 71). The positive expression rate of TIP30 in astrocytoma of different grades was 52 % for grade Ⅱ, 34.78 % for grade Ⅲ and 13.04 % for grade Ⅳ. The positive expression rate of TIP30 in high grade (Ⅲ+Ⅳ) of astrocytoma was found significantly lower than that in low grade(Ⅱ) (χ2=5.71, P <0.05); The expression of VEGF and MVD detected by CD34 in astrocytomas were higher than that in normal brain tissue and increased as the tumor grade increased; In astrocytoma, the negtive correlation was found between the expression of TIP30 and VEGF (r=-0.428, P<0.05); no correlation was found between TIP30 and MVD(r=-0.065, P 0.05); the positive correlation was found between VEGF and MVD(r=0.684, P<0.01). Conclusion The positive expression rate of TIP30 in normal brain tissue is significantly higher than that in astrocytoma. 目的探讨甲状腺影像报告和数据系统(TIRADS)联合BRAF V600E突变检测对甲状腺细针穿刺细胞学(FNAC)不确定结节的诊断价值, 并分析TIRADS分类在筛选需行BRAF V600E突变检测结节中的作用。方法回顾性分析河北医科大学第二医院2018年1月至2021年8月经TIRADS分类、FNAC Bethesda分类、BRAF V600E突变检测和术后组织病理学诊断的337例甲状腺结节患者的临床病理资料。分析TIRADS分类、FNAC Bethesda分类及BRAF V600E突变单独及联合检测在鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性中的作用。结果以术后组织病理学检查结果为金标准, TIRADS分类、FNAC Bethesda分类和BRAF V600E突变检测诊断甲状腺癌的灵敏度分别为76.0%、88.1%和80.4%, 特异度分别为84.0%、96.0%和100.0%。59例FNAC不确定结节中, 37例(62.7%)术后组织学证实为恶性结节。BRAF V600E突变检测对FNAC不确定结节诊断的灵敏度和准确度分别为51.4%和69.5%, 而BRAF V600E突变检测联合TIRADS分类的... 相似文献

目的:探讨骨架蛋白Fascin和趋化因子CXCR4在结直肠癌组织的表达及其与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测126例结直肠癌及20例正常黏膜组织Fascin和CXCR4的表达。结果:癌组织中,Fascin和CXCR4阳性率分别为47.62%和41.27%,正常黏膜阳性率均为15.00%,差异均有统计学意义,P值均<0.05。结直肠癌组织Fascin和CXCR4的表达与肿瘤组织学分级、临床Duke’s分期和淋巴结转移有关,P值均<0.05,CXCR4的表达还与肿瘤浸润深度有关,P<0.05。结直肠癌组织Fascin和CX-CR4表达水平呈正相关(r=0.411,P=0.002)。结论:结直肠癌组织Fascin和CXCR4的表达均高于正常黏膜组织,且呈正相关,Fascin和CXCR4可能在结直肠癌的浸润和转移中发挥一定作用,但其具体的分子机制尚待深入研究。 相似文献
