加味五苓汤结合外敷药治疗膝关节滑膜炎12例

膝关节滑膜炎是骨伤科较为常见的疾患。笔者自 1 998年以来运用自拟加味五苓汤及外敷药伤Ⅰ、伤Ⅱ进行辨证施治 ,取得较好疗效。现将迄今为止的 1 2 3例介绍如下。1　临床资料1 .1　一般资料1 2 3例患者中男性 5 3例 ,女性 70例 ;年龄最小的 1 2岁 ,最大的 87岁 ,平均年龄 3 8岁 ,其中 3 0～45岁年龄段的患者居多。非体力劳动者 45例 ,体力劳动者 5 8例 ,运动员 2 0例。病程最长的3个月 ,最短的 3ｄ ,平均为 3周左右。单侧膝关节患病的 87例 ,双膝同时患病的 3 6例。有明显外伤史的 3 6例 ,有劳累、受寒史的 81例 ;以往有类似病史的 6 7例。…

Objective?To explore and analyze the effect of different anesthesia maintenance in gynecological tumor surgery Methods?266 patients with gynecological tumors treated in Central South Hospital of Wuhan University were randomly divided into groups A and B with 133 cases in each group. Group A received simple intravenous infusion of propofol and group B received intravenous infusion of propofol + inhaled sevoflurane. The postoperative operation and the evaluation of different indexes were compared between the two groups. Results?There was significant difference in postoperative recovery between the two groups (P<0.05); There were significant differences in map and hr before and after pneumoperitoneum and at the end of operation between the two groups (P<0.05); Six hours after extubation, the MMSE score of group A was higher than that of group B (P>0.05); The total incidence of adverse reactions in group A was higher than that in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion?The two anesthesia maintenance methods have their own advantages, but intravenous propofol + inhaled sevoflurane anesthesia maintenance method can inhibit the intraoperative stress response, and has a good effect in gynecological tumor surgery, which is conducive to the early postoperative recovery of patients.
