造血系统恶性肿瘤患者血清sIL—2R检测的临床意义

使用ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗夹心法对临床４３例造血系统恶性肿瘤患者及２０例健康体检人员的血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ进行检测，并对ＡＬＬ和ＡＮＬＬ复发与未复发患者的血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平进行了比较分析。实验结果表明，血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平的升高是造血系统恶性肿瘤的重要标志之一；测定血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平对造血系统恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断、疗效观察及预后估计具有重要意义。     

幽门螺杆菌对SGC-7901细胞增殖凋亡及p27kipl表达的影响

Objective To explore the influence of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) on the proliferation, apoptosis and expression of p27kipl protein of gastric epithelial cells in vitro. Methods SC, C-7901 cell pro-liferation was examined by flow cytometry after incubation with different concentration of NCTC11637. The effect of NCTC11637 on cell apoptosis was also evaluated by flow cytometryo And the expression of p27kipl of gastric epithelial cells was detected by immunohistochemical analysis and in situ hybridization, respectively. Results Cell proliferation was enhanced when co-incubated with the Hp in low concentration (3.4 x 104 to 1.9 x 105 CFU/ml) but inhibited in higher concentration (≥4.8×106CFU/ml). However, cell apoptosis was increase when co-incubated with the Hp in high concentration (≥9.6 ×105 CFU/ml) showing concen-tration dependent picture. In addition, the co-incubation of SGC-7901 with Hp led to decrease of the expres-sion of p27kipl protein but not mRNA in a Hp concentration dependent way. Conclusion Hp could effect the gastric epithelial cells apoptosis and proliferation directly and influence the expression of p27kips protein which might facilitate gastric carcinoma.     

提高医学生临床实习质量的对策

临床实习是临床医学生实践能力培养的黄金阶段,目前受多种因素影响,临床实践的质量很难得到有效保证。临床实习病员相对缺乏是导致这一现状的重要因素。就引起病员不足的主要影响因素,如医学生的大规模扩招、现有病员不能充分利用等进行了分析,并提出扩大临床实习基地建设、充分认识临床实习生的劳动价值、大力宣传医学知识及加强医患关系的培养等相关建议,为医学生临床实习质量的提高提供参考。     

布鲁氏菌分种分型研究进展

布鲁氏菌的分型技术有表型技术和基因型技术两种,其中表型技术主要是利用生物分型,噬菌体和细菌素分型,血清分型,药物敏感分型,细菌菌体组分分型;基因型技术主要是利用限制性片段长度多态性分型,PCR及其衍生物技术分型,DNA同源性和染色体大小分型。但没有一种方法能完全反映布鲁氏菌的进化关系和分类地位,在临床和流行病学上又具有现实意义,寻找一种更好的分型方法或者是多种方法的联合运用,可能会更好地解决布鲁氏菌的分种分型问题。     

胃黏膜瘦素的研究进展

瘦素(1eptin)是肥胖基因编码的分泌型蛋白，在代谢平衡中主要通过作用于下丘脑特异性受体调节食物摄入能量平衡。起初认为白色脂肪组织是瘦素的唯一来源。进一步研究证实，瘦素在胎盘、骨骼肌、乳腺上皮细胞等多种组织器官中均有表达。瘦素受体不仅存在于与代谢有关的下丘脑、骨骼肌，还广泛存在于全身各组织器官，如脂肪组

幽门螺杆菌致病岛与临床胃肠疾患的相关性研究

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌致病岛中cagA、cagM、cagT、ORF13、ORF10各基因的分布情况以及与临床胃肠疾患的相关性。方法取306例患者的胃黏膜病变组织,确定幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染后用PCR方法对各基因进行检测。结果Hp感染的胃部疾病中,各基因的存在差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。72.97%的菌株有完整的cagPAI,27.0%菌株部分缺失cagPAI。cagPAI完整性在各胃及十二指肠疾病中的分布差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。部分缺失cagPAI在各胃及十二指肠疾病中的分布差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论cagPAI的存在与Hp感染有关,但是与临床感染疾病类型无关;cagA可以作为cagPAI存在的指标,但不能预测Hp感染的胃及十二指肠疾病类型。     

医学实习生HIV/AIDS医源性暴露和生物安全防护知识现状

中国自1985年发现首例艾滋病(AIDS)患者以来,截至2009年年底,艾滋病病毒感染者和患者约有74万,而且疫情正从高危人群向一般人群扩散,部分地区呈现高流行态势[1].高职医学院校是为医疗和科研机构培养技术性人才的重要基地,毕业生在将来的工作或深造岗位上可能存在更大的医源性和实验室暴露机会.     

山西医学院86级学生血清肥达氏反应抗体水平调查

438名本校86级学生血清肥达氏反应抗体滴度几何值的95％单侧上界值为:TO129.33,TH117.03,PA27.96,PB176.44;按二倍稀释法计算滴度区段则为;TO_1:160,TH_1:160,PA_1:40,PB_1:320。入学前长期居留于晋南的学生,PB平均滴度显著高于来自晋中与晋北者。4种抗体中有3种女性水平高于男性。
