小鼠igCCl40.1%油溶液10mL·kg-1前ip氧代赖氨酸50mg·kg-1,每天2次,连续2d,能使CCl4所致肝细胞粗面内质网断裂减少,脂肪变性减轻,损伤恢复较快。超微结构观察提示,氧代赖氨酸能引起肝细胞胞浆局部区域溶解,基质丢失。促使CCl3失活可能是肝细胞损伤减轻的主要原因。 相似文献

感染小鼠一次口服3H-吡喹酮100mg/kg后,其体内两性血吸虫的3H含量以给药后0.5~1小时为最高,4小时后则有明显减少。体外培养的血吸虫亦能迅速摄取3H-吡喹酮,且其摄入量随药物浓度的增加而递增。体内、体外试验的结果表明,最初进入虫体的3H-吡喹酮系脂溶性,随后在体内缓慢代谢为水溶性。放射自显影的结果说明,3H主要自表皮进入虫体,分布于肌层、间充组织、生殖系统和肠壁上皮细胞,其中以雌虫的卵黄腺为最多,而以雄虫的睾丸为最少。 相似文献

A human lung squamous carcinoma was transplanted and passaged in Swiss-DF nude mice, called LSX-83, for more than five years in our laboratory. The morphological characteristics of the original tumor were maintained in passages from 4 to 33. But from the 35th generation, an increasing amount of tonofilaments and nuclear segregation with typical features was found with electron microscopy. The C-type virus particles were first detected in extra cellular space after 40 passages. The viruses were observed in different stages of growth, but their distribution and number did not show apparent change up to 54 passages. Such findings suggest that LSX-83 cells probably possess certain barrier of resistance against C-type viruses. The relation between C-type viruses and the morphological changes of LSX-83 cells was discussed. 相似文献

目的:研究索布佐生(Sob)与阿霉素(Dox)联合应用的抑瘤作用以及Sob对Dox诱导的心脏毒性的影响。方法:DBA/2小鼠接种P388细胞,次日起iv Dox 2mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)×3d及4mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)×1 d,ig Sob 20mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)×7d及40mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)×7d,配对联用。统计各组的生命延长率(ILS);电镜观察荷瘤鼠垂死前的心肌毒性表现。结果:联合用药组的ILS分别为48.7%,57.3%,59.0%和62.4%,是Sob和Dox单药应用ILS之和的130%—190%,荷瘤鼠心肌细胞的超微结构损伤较单用Dox组明显减轻。结论:Sob与Dox联用对小鼠白血病P388有显著的抑瘤协同作用;Sob能降低Dox所致的心肌毒性。 相似文献
