红鳍圆鲀鱼肝油的药用研究

红鳍圆鲀(Spheroides rubripes)盛产于我国沿海一带,其肝含油量高达52—67.05%,维生素A含量也较丰富(530—2535国际单位/克),但因其肝脏含有河豚毒素,过去其油仅作照明、制造肥皂等工业用. 根据河豚毒素易溶于水,不溶于脂肪油,更易溶于热水,遇碱易破坏的特性制成甲种和乙种红鳍圆鲀鱼肝油,通过小白鼠、大白鼠的急性、亚急性毒性观察和对狗、小白鼠、大白鼠、青蛙的一般药理实验证明如此制成的鱼肝油无明显的毒性反应。     

大剂量维生素C对主要作用于中枢神经系统的药物——巴比妥类药物中毒的影响

There have been quite a few papers on the clinical use of L.D.I.A.A., but its thera- peutic action on the depression of the central nervous system in acute poisoning due to barbiturates has not been reported yet. In this paper, acute barbiturate poisoning was induced in mice and observed for the duration of sleep, mortality rate, and the duration of maintainence. Acute barbiturate poisoning was induced also in dogs which were watched for changes in blood pressure and respiration. It shows that in all these animals, L.D.I.A.A. has an action similar to that of picrotoxinum which causes moderate rise of blood pressure, increase of respiration, and more forceful heart beats.

大剂量维生素C,在临床治疗中的应用和对中枢神经系统的药理作用,已有不少文献报导.但根据该药的药理作用,结合临床用以治疗中枢神经系统抑制药物中毒的文献,却未见有报导.作者用大剂量维生素C钠盐溶液(pH 5.8),以印防己毒素注射液(pH 6.2)为对照,以生理盐水为空白对照(所有注射液体积智为0.4毫升/只),对巴比妥钠盐溶液所引起的小白鼠睡眠时间、死亡率和中毒后的存活时间进行了观察.结果指出对睡眠时间有显著的影响(结果见表1),而对死亡率和存活时间则告无显著影响(P>0.05).
