Kinsenoside: A Promising Bioactive Compound from Anoectochilus Species

Kinsenoside is a main active component isolated from plants of the genus Anoectochilus, and exhibits many biological activities and pharmacological effects, including hepatoprotective, anti-hyperglycemic, anti-hyperliposis, anti-inflammatory, vascular protective and anti-osteoporosis effects and so on, which is contributing to its promising potency in disease treatments. This review aims to recapitulate the pharmacological functions of kinsenoside, as well as its source, extraction, identification, quantitative analysis, pharmacokinetics, synthesis and patent information. The data reported in this work can confirm the therapeutic potential of kinsenoside and provide useful information for further new drug development.     

紫芫花化学成分研究

 目的 研究瑞香科植物紫芫花(Daphne genkwa Sieb.et Zucc.)干燥花蕾的化学成分。方法 对紫芫花的体积分数95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20等色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 分离得到12个化合物,鉴定了其中10个化合物,分别为芹菜素(apigenin, 1)、芫花素(genkwanin, 2)、刺槐素(4′-O-methylapigenin, 3)、椴苷[kaempferol,3-O-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)- glucopyranoside,4]、对羟基苯甲醛(4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 5)、对羟基桂皮酸甲酯(trans-p-hydroxy cinnamic methyl ester, 6)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid, 7)、对羟基桂皮酸(p-hydroxy cinnamic acid, 8)、苄基葡萄糖苷（benzyl-glucopyranoside, 9）和苯乙基葡萄糖苷（phenylethyl-glucopyranoside,10）。结论 化合物5~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。     

金线莲甲醇提取物降脂作用研究

目的研究金线莲甲醇提取物对高血脂大鼠血脂及肝酯水平的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养致大鼠高脂血症模型,给予不同剂量的金线莲甲醇提取物给药后治疗,实验设正常组,模型组,辛伐他汀组,非诺贝特组和金线莲总膏高、中、低剂量(1 000、500、250 mg·kg-1)组,分别测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和肝脏组织匀浆中TC和TG的含量,并做肝脏病理学观察。结果金线莲总膏500、1 000 mg·kg-1剂量组可明显降低大鼠血清TC、TG和LDL-C的水平,并能显著提高血清HDL-C含量,其中高剂量组效果最好。另外高剂量组可显著降低肝脏TC和TG的水平。结论金线莲甲醇提取物在高血脂大鼠模型中具有显著地降血脂和肝脂作用。
