目的:观察晚期青光眼高眼压对睫状体功能的损害作用及对角膜透明性的影响。方法:应用扫描荧光光度计及Schiotz电子眼压计分别测定15只正常眼和15只晚期原发性青光眼眼压、房水排出率和房水流畅系数,并观察角膜的透明性。结果:晚期青光眼眼房水排出率显著下降,下降程度与眼压水平及病程成正比。房水排出率降低至0.8μl/min。角膜出现水肿混浊,房水排出率下降愈甚,角膜透明性改变愈明显。结论:持续高眼压将  相似文献

Taxol was used as a tool reagent and the function of the microtubules (MTs) beneath thepostsynaptic membrane was studied in an isolated non-uniformly stretched muscle preparation of ratdiaphragm.After exposure to taxol (20 μmol/L,10min),the amplitude of acetylcholine potential ofinnervated muscle endplate was decreased by 30%,but the lime course of AChP and membrane po-tential remained unchanged.The results indicate that taxol can inhibit the responsiveness ofpostsynapfic membrane.It is therefore suggested that the site of action of taxol indudng inhibitionof postsynapfic responsiveness in neuromuscular junction may be the microtubules beneath thepostsynapfic membrane.  相似文献

Effect of electrical stimulation of lateral hypothalamic area(LHA)on pain threshold of rats was studied by using tailflickresponse to radiant heat as the index of pain response and theinfluence of intraperitoneally injected naloxone on the analgesiceffect of LHA was observed.The result showed that pain thresholdof the animals raised 52.5% in average after LHA stimulation andthis analgesic action of LHA decreased significantly after injecionof naloxone.Quantitatively the analgesic effect of LHA was muchweaker than that of electroaccupuncture.The possible underlyingmechanisms were discussed.  相似文献

用自制的电阻丝热辐射器给鼠尾热伤害性刺激,观察豆腐果甙(对甲醛苯—D-吡喃阿鲁糖甙,简写DGD)对大鼠痛甩尾反应时间阈值的影响。腹腔注射2%DGD1.5ml/100g后,阈值明显升高并持续30分钟以上;同时施予电针和DGD(2%0.75ml/100g,ip)后,阈值显著升高并可持续到停针后50分钟。显示DGD有镇痛和延长针麻效果的作用。  相似文献

在不均匀牵拉法制动的离体大鼠膈神经膈肌标本上,用微管聚合药红豆生物碱探讨了终板膜的微管在神经肌肉接头乙酰胆碱受体兴奋中的作用。红豆生物碱(20μmol/L,10min)使有神经支配的膈肌终板区乙酰胆碱电位幅度下降了30%;但不影响其时程和膜电位。结果表明该药对神经肌肉接头有突触后抑制作用。其作用机制可能通过影响微管而致使终板膜反应性下降。  相似文献

秋水仙素酒精溶液(3×10~(-5)mol/L)在气功外气作用约10min后,紫外吸收光谱波长为350nm的特征峰被移至330nm,吸光度约增大一倍.暗藏在距气功师约1.5m书包内的相同溶液,也出现了同样变化.非气功人员数人模拟发功动作后,与对照组之间无任何差异.提示气功外气改变了该溶液的分子结构.  相似文献

Experiments were performed on 19 vagotomized,curareparalyzed andartificially ventilated rabbits.3-5 barrel glass micropipettes were used torecord the extracellular discharges and to apply the ionized substances tested.Medullary respiratory units located in the region of Nucleus Treactus Soli-tarius were tested for their responsiveness to iontophoretically appliedGABA.GABA tended to inhibit not only inspiratory units but also expi-ratory ones.Of 60 units tested,49 were inhibited and the inhibitoryeffect of GABA had much to do with its quantity ejected.Phrenic nervedischarges were unchanged while the discharges of respiratory units weredepressed by GABA.The inhibitory effect of GABA could be blocked bypicrotoxin.Our results indicate that GABA may be one of the importantinhibitory neurotransmitters in the medullary“respiratory center”.  相似文献
