白果槲寄生叶水醇提取物的血管舒张作用

作者采用兰根道尔夫离体和灌注心脏模型，研究了白果槲寄生Viscum album L．叶水醇提取物的血管舒张作用及用Kelm等的方法研究了该提取物的作用机理。     

姜黄素对大鼠返流性食管炎的作用

姜黄素是姜黄Curcuma longa Linn．中的多酚类黄色素，具有保护胃肠系统、刺激胃黏膜分泌等许多药理作用。作者采用胃内容物返流和胃十二指肠内容物返流诱导的食管损伤模型，研究了姜黄素对该损伤的保护作用。     

绞股蓝的慢性毒性研究

作者采用Wistar大鼠,对绞股蓝Gynos-temma pentaphyllum(Thunb.)Makino进行了慢性毒性试验,以评价其临床应用的安全性。将180只Wistar大鼠随机分为6组(每组雌雄各15只):第1组为对照组,每日饮水10mL/kg,连饮24周;第2～5组大鼠每日分别饲喂绞股蓝水提取物6、30、150和750mg/kg;第6组为恢复组,服用该提取物750mg/kg。5个给药组连续给药6个月。每周测大鼠体重和进食量,观察给药期间的反常现象。试验末,第1～5组大鼠禁食18h后麻醉处死,采血进行血液学和生化分析;观察各组

深低温停循环逆行脑灌注脑组织自由基变化的实验研究

研究深低温停循环（ＤＨＣＡ）与逆行脑灌注（ＲＣＰ）时脑组织自由基的变化。健康杂种犬１４只，随机等分为ＤＨＣＡ组和ＲＣＰ组，在停循环前（Ａ点）、ＤＨＣＡ／ＲＣＰ３０分（Ｂ点）、ＤＨＣＡ／ＲＣＰ６０分（Ｃ点）ＤＨＣＡ／ＲＣＰ９０分（Ｄ眯）和复温再灌注３０分（Ｅ点）取脑皮层ｌｇ，检测丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）和超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）水平。结果见两组在Ａ点ＭＤＡ和ＳＯＤ无差别。在Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄ、Ｅ点，ＤＨＣＡ组ＭＤＡ     

EXPRESSION OF C-MYC AND N-RAS ONCOGENES IN HUMANHEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA AND PANCREATIC ADENOCARCINOMA A BIOCHEMICAL ANDIMMUNOCYTOCHEMICAL STUDY

WiLh RNA-DNA dot blot technique, the expression of c-myc and N-ras oncogenes in human hepato cellular carcinoma was found to be higher than in tie non-cancerous liver tissue adjacent to the carci noma (p<0.01). The expression of both oncogenes was high in the fetal liver and gradually decreased with age during development, indicating a probable co-operation of c-myc and N-ras. Immunocytochemi- cal analysis showed changes in protein products of c-myc hepatocellular carcinoma and its nan cancerous tissue were similar to those in mRNA expression. The same was true for the fetal liver during its development. A comparable study was also made on the ex pression of c-myc and N-ras oncogenes in limited samples of human pancreatic adenocarcinoma and its noncancerous tissue. The results are inconclu sive, and further studies are needed.     

EVALUATION OF IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL DIAGNOSIS OF RHABDOMYOSARCOMA

Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of regularly used immunohistochemical markers, including Vimentin (Vim), Desmin (Des), Myoglobin (MG), Myosin (MS), Smooth-muscle actin (SMA) and Sarcomeric actin ( Sr-A ) , in the diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS). Methods After resection, 24 RMSs and other childhood tumor specimens were fixed in 10% neutral-buffered formalin and embeded in paraffin. The immunohistochemical staining was performed by LSAB procedure. Heat-induced epitope retrieval of Des, MS, Sr-A was processed in order to enhence positive rate and positive strength. Results Vim, MG, MS, Des, Sr-A, SMA were arranged in the order of sensitivity from higher to lower. About specificity, Sr-A, Des, SMA, MG, Vim standed in a sequence from higher to lower ( the data of MS is insufficient) ; Des, MG, Sr-A possessedhigher experimental efficiency, followed by SMA, Vim in a succession. Conclusion Vim and MG are of the higher sensitivity but lower specificity. On the reverse, Sr-A and Des hoM the better specificity but lower sensitivity. So the combination of multiple antibody reactions shouM be considered to improve the diagnostic ability in poorly differentiated RMS. According to the result of experimental efficiency, we suggest that the combination of Des, MG and Sr-A can make it possible to diagnose the majority of RMS clearly.
