低位肠外瘘治疗体会

肠外瘘是腹部外科常见，而严重的并发症。低位肠外痃处理合理、及时，则恢复顺利，愈后效果好。现将我院1990年1月～2005年1月，15年间发生的15例低位肠瘘治疗惰况报告如下。     

阑尾切除术的治疗体会

目的探讨阑尾切除术的方法。方法据病变情况，采用三种不同的切口，顺利清除病灶。结果均痊愈出院。结论合理的阑尾切除术，可减少术后并发症的发生，愈后效果好。     

胆源性胰腺炎32例诊治分析

急性胰腺炎的病因迄今尚不明确，主要是胆石症，嗜酒，暴饮、暴食，高脂、高钙血痛，胰腺损伤等因素，但主要是胆石症，我国胆石症发病率较高，由此引起的胰腺炎，称胆源性胰腺炎，且逐渐增多。我院于1995～2005年共收治胰腺炎56例，其中胆源性胰腺炎32例，占57％，现对其诊断与治疗分析如下：     

胆囊切除术的治疗体会

Objective To explore the method of cholecystectomy. Methods Chose three different notches to expose the cholecyst as soon as possible, gave different treatment according to pathological changes and prevent the complications. Among the all the eases ,there were 1238 eases of direct and regular eholecysteetomy, 1572 eases of regular cholecystectomy after sever the conglutination and expose the cholicyst. There were still 47 cases with serious conglutination,since their cholecysts were hard to he exposed, irregular cholecystectomy were carried out. Results All the cases recovered and leave the hospital. Conclusions Pure cholecystectomy, estimation of pathological changes and choosing of notches are in favor of exporsing the cholecystectomy clearly and in time and reducing the occurrence of complications.
