ezrin在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of ezrin in breast carcinoma. Methods Immunohistuchemieal staining(S-P) was used to detect the expression of ezrin in 63 cases of breast car-cinoma samples. Results Among these 63 samples,the total expression rates of ezrin were 55.56% (35/63). With the increasing of axillary lymph nodes metastasis and clinical staging,the rates of expressing of ezrin elevated (P<0.05),which was remarkably lower in patients whose disease-free survival(DFS) was > 5 years,or those whose DFS≤5 years or died within five years(P<0.05) ,but the expression of ezrin was not correlated with tumor size,age and menopausal status (P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of ezrin may contribute to prognostic e-valuation for breast carcinoma.

ezrin和VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义

目的 研究乳腺癌组织中ezrin和VEGF蛋白表达与乳腺癌临床因素和预后的关系.方法 应用免疫组化S-P法,检测63例癌组织,20例癌旁组织,30例乳腺良性肿瘤中ezrin和VEGF的表达情况.结果 ezrin和VEGF在乳腺良性肿瘤和乳腺癌癌旁组织中均无异常表达.在乳腺癌组织中,ezrin和VEGF的异常表达率分别为55.56%(35/63)和65.08%(41/63),ezrin和VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达,与其淋巴结转移、临床分期呈正相关,而与无病生存时间呈负相关(P<0.001).ezrin和VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达,与年龄、肿块大小以及月经情况无相关性(P>0.05).结论 检测ezrin和VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达,有助于判断乳腺癌的转移潜能和预后,ezrin可作为乳腺癌淋巴结转移以及判断乳腺癌预后的新指标.     

激光广泛用于临床

目前激光已广泛用于临床,牙科治疗也不例外。牙科临床采用激光具有一些优点,如手术中或手术后不出血,几乎不需缝合,一般无痛等。故患者广泛接受,医生也日益趋多采用。近年来已用于活组织检查、去除病变、消除疼痛症状、凝血、暴露移植体、去除肉芽组织、舌系带切除术、冠延长、远中楔形隆突减少、刮治及多种其它用途。     

高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的预防

目的总结75岁以上高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术（Lc）的经验和教训,探讨提高成功率和预防并发症的措施。方法回顾分析167例75岁以上高龄胆囊结石患者施行LC的临床资料,其中伴急性胆囊炎93例、伴胆总管结石3例。结果LC成功率97．6％,LC中转开腹4例。术后发生并发症18例（10．8％）,死亡2例（1．2％）。结论LC术是一种治疗高龄胆囊疾病较为安全有效的方法。由于高龄机体应激能力减退、合并内科疾病多,术后并发症相对偏多,须把握手术时机和灵活运用手术技巧,加强围手术期的处理,才能有效地预防并发症。     

淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值与自身免疫性肝炎活动度的关系

目的探讨淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值（LMR）与自身免疫性肝炎（AIH）活动度的关系。方法选取59例AIH患者为AIH组,同期体检的62例健康志愿者为对照组;比较两组对象的临床资料,分析AIH患者LMR与Mayo评分、Child-pugh分级的关系。AIH患者出院后随访18个月,观察疾病复发情况,并分析LMR与疾病复发的关系。结果AIH组患者TBil水平、PT、单核细胞绝对值均高于对照组,白蛋白水平、淋巴细胞绝对值、LMR均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。AIH患者LMR为4.15±1.82,Mayo评分为（5.57±1.50）分,LMR是Mayo评分的独立危险因素（P＜0.05）。Child-Pugh分级为A级的AIH患者LMR为4.56±1.77,明显高于B+C级的3.56±1.77（P＜0.05）。疾病复发8例,其LMR为3.16±1.15,明显低于疾病缓解组的4.66±1.88（P＜0.05）。结论AIH患者LMR降低,且与Mayo评分、Child-Pugh分级有关。
