过期妊娠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞的观察

Objective To study the expressions of T cell subsets and NK cells in peripheral blood of postterm pregnancy without symptoms of labor.And to explore the relationship between postterm pregnancy and maternal cell immune function.Methods The plasma levels of t cell subsets and NK cells were detected by using flow cytometry in 100 patients with postterm pregnancy and 100 patients with threatened labor from 37 weeks to 41 weeks.And their propo~ions were calculled with the WBC of blood routine.Results The proportion of NK cell,CD3+,CD8+in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.There is no significant difference(P＞0.05)between them;CD4+,CD4+/CD8+are significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The immune function of the patients with postterm pregnancy is significantly lower than that of the normal labor.     

13例脑干梗死的影像学诊断

脑干梗死早期诊断较困难。总结我院2002年1月-2004年10月收治13例脑干梗死患者影像学及临床特征如下。

目的 对过期妊娠无产兆孕妇进行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞的观察,观察过期妊娠与母体细胞免疫是否有关.方法 选择过期妊娠无产兆孕妇100例为过期组,同时选择孕37～41周先兆临产孕妇100例为对照组.对两组孕妇外周血T淋巴亚群和NK细胞进行测定,同时行血常规检查,结合外周血白细胞计数计算其百分比.结果 正常先兆临产组...     

隐匿性骨折的CT诊断价值

为探讨CT对隐匿性骨折的诊断价值,对19例X线平片显示阴性或骨折线显示不清的患者行CT轴位或冠状位扫描,结果发现19例患者有不同程度的隐匿性骨折。提示CT能发现常规X线平片不能发现的骨折,为临床诊治提供可靠资料。     

肺炎性假瘤、结核球和周围型肺癌的CT诊断

目的探讨肺炎性假瘤、结核球和周围型肺癌的CT征象及其鉴别诊断。方法分析6例肺炎性假瘤、24例肺结核球、42例周围型肺癌的CT征象。结果6例肺炎性假瘤边缘光滑、规则者1例,边缘浅分叶者5例,边缘毛糙者4例,其中1例见桃尖征,2例有局部胸膜增厚;24例结核球中18例病灶有钙化,4例有空洞,8例周围见卫星灶。周围型肺癌中,边缘毛糙、有分叶者37例,呈深分叶者18例,胸膜凹陷征10例,纵隔淋巴结肿大8例。结论CT扫描可以清晰显示肺炎性假瘤、结核球、周围型肺癌的征象,有助于诊断及鉴别诊断。
