CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF THERAPEUTIC EFFICACY IN 365 CASES OF CHOLELITHIASIS TREATED BY PRESSURE OVER EAR POINTS

This paper reports on using the ear pressuremethod of stimulating auricular points related to theliver and gallbladder channels in the treatment of365 cases of cholelithiasis.The course of the treat-ment was 30-45 days.The total effective rate ofstone expulsion was 81.9%,and the rate of markedeffectiveness and short-term cure was 19.7%.Thebasic rules and indications for the treatment are alsodiscussed.     

耳穴压丸法治疗胆石症58例分析

本文应用耳穴压丸治疗胆系结石58例,胆囊结石大小要在1.5厘米以内,肝内胆管结石在1.0厘米以内,胆总管结石大小不限.取穴以肝、胆、胆管等耳穴为主,每次选穴17～21个.耳背部取穴部位与耳甲艇,耳甲腔所选穴位相对应,手法要求相对一致,剪取小块胶布,居中放王不留行籽一粒,贴于所选穴位上.排石率为74.13%.
