用麻醉兔32只比较了心得安(0.1mg/kg)、心得宁(0.4mg/kg)及氨酰心安(0.3mg/kg)对抗左室内注人枸橼酸钠所致室颤的作用。静注上述剂量的各种β阻断剂使各组动物心率发生程度相似的减缓,对动脉血压则无明显影响。事先给予心得宁或氨酰心安的动物,各组均只有3/8兔死于枸橼酸钠所致室颤,而对照组有7/8兔死于室颤。与对照组比较,事先给予心得安,室颤发生率却未见明显降低(分别为87.5%及75.0%)。结果提示:氨酰心安或心得组在对抗枸椽酸钠所致的家兔室颤方面较心得安为优。 相似文献
