<正> 在大鼠骨髓腰4,5节段腹角内注射[~3H]亮氨酸,用液闪法测定每5mm神经节段的放射活性以确定标记蛋白在腹根、坐骨、肼总及胫神经轴突中转运的距离。脊髓内注射1M氨基嘧啶4μl对正常神经中标记蛋白的轴浆转运没有明显影响。在离脊髓70 mm处夹伤坐骨神经,可阻断标记蛋白的顺向转运,在夹伤点近心端的神经节段中形成放射活性增高的积累波。损伤后2 d,这种由标记蛋白形成的积累波开始越过损伤点向远端移动,说明损伤处已有神经再生并已有转运功能。这一结果得到了电镜形态学的验证。夹伤后5 d,标记蛋白越 相似文献

The results of the present study on rabbit ear artery strips demons-trate that the content of opiate-like substances(OLS)in this tissue measu-red by bioassay is 377.2±118.0 pg per mg of wet tissues and the contentof Leu-enkephalin(Leu-enk)measured by radioimmunoassay is 40.5±6.1pg per mg of wet tissues.By means of the specific actions of naloxone,pronase(a peptidase)and yohimbine(an α_2-adrenergic receptor antago-nist),the effects of OLS on the activities of artery strips and theirpossible action pathways were also investigated.The results indicatethat OLS possess a significant inhibitory effect on the aetivities of arterystrips induced by electrical field stimulation and that this inhibitory ef-fect might be mediated via both pre and post-synaptic pathways.Thepresent study also indicates that prostaglandins(PG)may not be involvedin this inhibitory effect of OLS. 相似文献

本文观察了氨基嘧啶对鼠胚脊髓腹角神经细胞生长的作用。不同浓度的氨基嘧啶使长突起的细胞数及突起数增加,有明显量效关系;氨基嘧啶能对抗秋水仙素对神经细胞突起的生长和提取的兔脑微管亚基管蛋白体外聚合成微管的抑制作用,又能使蛋白质含量高的细胞数增多。上述结果提示氨基嘧啶可能通过保护管蛋白聚合和增加蛋白合成而促进神经细胞的生长。 相似文献
