目的:探讨益肾化瘀中药联合他克莫司胶囊对乙肝相关性膜性肾病的治疗效果。方法:选取HBV-MN病患者共80例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规他克莫司胶囊,观察组给予他克莫司胶囊联合五酯软胶囊。结果:观察组与对照组治疗后,24h尿蛋白分别为(0.99±2.94)g/L和(2.94±1.57)g/L,血肌酐分别为(82.44±3.17)mmol/L和(101.33±2.47)mmol/L; 白蛋白含量分别为(37.05±2.49)g/L和(31.47±5.27)g/L,五酯软胶囊加入后,降低了24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐,增加血液中白蛋白含量。降低肝病毒在体内的存活率。结论:益肾化瘀的五酯软胶囊联合他克莫司药物,对HBV-MN治疗有促进作用。 相似文献

目的通过回顾性分析急诊死亡病例,了解急危重病人死亡原因,提高院前及急诊科危重病人抢救成功率,降低死亡率。方法院前死亡和怠诊科24h内抢救无效死亡病例纳入调查内容。收集包括姓名、性别、年龄、既往史、初诊及最后诊断、院前及急诊科抢救情况、最后死因等资料,并对所有资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果院前与急诊科抢救室死亡原因及所占比例存在差异。院前死亡占同期死亡的56.62%,尤以猝死所占比例最大,而占调查急危重病人死亡前五位的主要病因是严重创伤、猝死、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病和中毒。结论加快普及提高公民的急救知识,建立健全基层与城市的急救网络,稳定急诊专职医师,加强急救知识培训,建立并完善适合本地特点的紧急创伤救治平台,是提高急诊抢救救治水平的有效措施。 相似文献

目的 探讨高压氧(HBO)作用实验兔后颈内动脉和基底动脉血管壁超微结构的变化,以及对内皮素-1(ET-1)、内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)表达的影响.方法 20只兔按数字表法随机分为实验组和对照组,每组10只.实验组于0.22 MPa下暴露60 min,连续3 d;对照组正常饲养,未做任何处理.免疫组织化学染色法检测2组颈内动脉和基底动脉ET-1、eNOS的表达,电镜下观察2组颈内动脉和基底动脉超微结构的变化.结果 ET-1免疫阳性标记颗粒在颈内动脉表达较基底动脉明显增强,eNOS免疫阳性标记颗粒在基底动脉表达较颈内动脉增强.电镜下实验组颈内动脉血管壁内弹力膜疏松,脂质空泡形成,内皮细胞及细胞器呈轻度变性;基底动脉超微结构变化不明显.结论 实验兔在HBO作用下颈内动脉血管收缩因子ET-1表达增强,基底动脉血管舒张因子eNOS表达增强.超微结构的改变可能与血管收缩、血流量减少、脂质过氧化物堆积有关.Abstract: Objective To investigate changes in the ultrastructures and expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) of internal carotid artery (ICA) and basal artery (BA) following hyperbaric oxygen (HBO).Methods Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups: the experimental group and the control group. The rabbits in the experimental group were exposed to HBO at 2.2 ATA for 60 minutes for 3 days. The rabbits in the control group were normally fed without any treatment. The expressions of eNOS, ET-1 of ICA and BA in the 2 groups were compared by using immunohistochemical technique. Then, changes in the ICA and BA ultrastructures of rabbits in the two groups were examined under electron microscope.Results The expression of ET-1 in ICA was significantly higher than that in BA, while that of eNOS in BA was more intensive than that in ICA. When a comparison was made between the experimental group and the control group, the internal elastic membrane of ICA for the former was loosened, lipid vacuolization was present, and endothelial cells and organelles degenerated slightly. Nevertheless, no significant changes were noted in the ultrastructures of BA.Conclusions The expression of ET-1 in ICA increased and the expression of eNOS in BA intensified following HBO therapy. Changes in the ultrastructures might be correlated with vasoconstriction, reduction of blood flow and accumulation of lipid peroxides. 相似文献
