经调查在郑州就读的藏族中学生肠寄生虫感染率为46.55(162/348)。计13种,蠕虫5种,原虫8种,其中以牛带绦虫(22.70%)、结肠内阿米巴(22.99%)较高。对79例牛带绦虫感染者采用南瓜子槟榔煎剂治疗,驱虫率为70.88%,最多者排出成虫4条。对部分蠕虫及原虫感染率高的因素以及驱虫率较低的原因进行了讨论。 相似文献

Anopheles (An) sinensis Wiedmann, 1828, is
widely distributed in all counties and cities of
Henan Province. It has been proved that this
is the main vector transmitting malaria and ma-
layan filariasis. Generally new adults first ap-
pear in the middle decade of April with 2 peaks
in rice producing areas and l peak in dry farm-
ing areas. Only the adults hibernate from the
middle decade of November. In the first decade
of March overwintering females start to leave
hibernation sites and feed in cow sheds.
A gonotrophic cycle is completed within an
average 2:5 days during July to September and
mosquitoes double in number at an average 3.5
day interval. The gonotrophic cycles are closely
linked and the potential malaria transmitting
capacity great.
An sinensis bites both men and animals with
cattle preferred. The average value of human
blood index is 0.2073. Biting is prevalent
throughout the night from June to September.
The larvae of the first generation begin to
appear in the last decade of March gradually
extending from the isouth to the north. The
Jimited early breeding places extend greatly in
July to September when larvae are seen fn all
kinds of water. But the breeding places localize
again after October. In the middle or the last
decade of December the larvae completely dis-
appear. The main breeding places are water
