松香散治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎报告

我们在松香散能促进麻疯病人足底溃疡愈合的启发下,从1968年11月至1982年7月,用单味松香泡制成松香散治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎,取得了较为满意的效果。同时,对松香散的药理、药化进行了研究,初步分离出松香散     

A REPORT ON THE USE OF PULVIS RESINAE IN THE TREATMENT OF THROMBOANGIITIS OBLITERANS

Inspired by the fact that rosin benefits thehealing of ulcers of the sole in leprosy patients,we tried pulvis resinae (rosin powder) in treatingthromboangiitis obliterans (TAO).The drug wasused during the 14 years from November 1968 toJuly 1982 with fairly good results.The phar-macological and chemical properties of pulvisresinae were studied,its effective componentwas isolated,and pharmacological investigationwas done in animal experiments.A report on theuse of pulvis resinae in 80 cases of TAO follows.
