Objective?To calculate the minimal clinical important differences (MCID) of Hamilton anxiety scale, Hamilton depression scale, Pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20 and it's subscale in patients with moderate to severe pelvic organ prolapse (POP) after surgery. Methods?Selecting 113 patients with moderate to severe pelvic organ prolapse and evaluating the HAMA, HAMD and PFDI-20 before and after surgical treatment. So as to calculate the MCID of the scale by distribution method. Results?The MCID of HAMA is 3.91.The MCID of HAMD is 2.25.The MCID of PFDI-20 and its subscales which are pelvic organ prolapse distress, Colorectal-anal distress and urinary distress are 81.70, 24.79, 8.69, 34.50. Conclusion?Changes in HAMA, HAMD, PFDI-20 and subscale scores of POP patients before and after surgical treatment exceeded their MCID. 相似文献
