辨证施针治疗中风痉挛瘫痪

中风偏瘫患者一般在发病后3星期开始出现肢体痉挛,表现为上肢屈肌亢进,下肢伸肌亢进的痉挛模式。过高的肌张力可严重阻碍患肢功能的康复。笔者在长期的临床中观察到,中风偏瘫的痉挛模式虽然基本相同,然其病因病机却迥然有别,因而不能一概论治。笔者从2002年3月起,采用辨证施针的方法治疗本病,收到了一定的疗效。现不揣简陋,列举数案如下,以期抛砖引玉。     

THE TREATMENT OF CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS WITH WARMINGNEEDLE MOXIBUSTION IN COMBINATION WITH TUINA (推拿)- WITH AN ANALYSIS OF THE X-RAY MANIFESTATION OF SIXTY-FIVE CASES

In this article, 88 cases of cervical spondylosis were treated with warming-needle moxi-bustion and Tuina, and the fair clinical effect was obtained with the total effective rate of 90. 9 %. TheX-ray manifestations of 65 cases before and after the treatment were observed and it has been foundthat the clinical symptoms could also be remarkedly improved or cured even if the X-ray examinationremained unchanged.     

温针足三里配中药治疗顽固性面瘫43例

[目的]观察温针足三里配中药治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。[方法]将83例随机分为治疗组43例,对照组40例。治疗组采用温针足三里配中药治疗;对照组进行单纯的针刺治疗。[结果]治疗组的愈显率为79%,对照组的愈显率为35%,差异有非常显著性意义。[结论]温针足三里配中药治疗顽固性面瘫疗效明显优于对照组。

Effects of the Lifting Manipulation of Scalp Acupuncture for Raising Myodynamia of the Affected Limbs in Hemiplegic Patients Due to Cerebral Thrombosis

Objective:To provide a new therapy with definite quality controllable therapeutic effects for functionalrestoration of the affected limbs in hemiplegic patients due to cerebral thrombosis.Method:180 patientswith hemiplegia due to cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into 2 groups:the treatment group(treated with scalp acupuncture by using the lifting manipulation)and the control group(treated withscalp acupuncture by using the twirling manipulation).Evaluations were given for the two groups basedon the improvement of myodynamia and comprehensive functions after the treatment.Results:Bothgroups showed increased myodynamia,but with different cured and much relieved rates(86.67% in thetreatment group and 5% in the control group,P<0.01).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture with the liftingmanipulation can dramatically increase myodynamia of the affected limbs in hemiplegic patients due tocerebral thrombosis.     

独取太阳经穴治疗中风偏瘫55例疗效观察

目的观察不同取穴治疗中风偏瘫的疗效。方法设独取太阳经穴为治疗组，独取阳明经穴为对照组，观察两组疗效。结果与结论治疗组愈显率为69．1％，对照组为43．3％，经χ^2检验，P〈0．05，两组差异有显著性意义，表明治疗组疗效优于对照组。     

针灸足三里治疗阳萎

针灸治疗阳萎,贯以补命门、壮肾阳之法,取任、督及足太阳膀胱经之穴,如命门、肾俞、中极、关元等。而笔者取足阳明胃经足三里治疗阳萎,获效颇佳。现略述于下,供同道参考.一般资料本组病例共12例,24～35岁6例;35～40岁5例;40岁以上1例.病程1个月至半年5例;半年至1年4例;1年以上3例。治疗方法主穴:足三里。配穴及其方法:脾肾阳虚者配三阴交、肾俞等,用隔姜灸(以老姜为佳)3～7壮灸之皮肤潮红为度。湿热下注所致者,配阴     

温针治疗偏瘫性肩痛疗效观察

方法：采用温针治疗本病，并设电针治疗作对照组，观察两组的临床疗效。结果：温针治疗组有效率为92．8％，电针对照组有效率为77．0％，经统计学处理两组疗效差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。结论：温针治疗组疗效优于电针对照组。     

浅刺法治疗中风偏瘫42例

脑卒中所致的偏瘫,不仅给患者的生活质量带来了严重的影响,同时给家庭、社会造成了沉重的负担。发挥中医优势,探索针灸治疗偏瘫的有效疗效,使偏瘫患者得以良好的功能康复,是针灸临床工作者密切关注的问题。笔者于2003年2月~2004年12月间采用浅刺法治疗中风偏瘫42例取得了理想的
