The work has analyzed results of 91 transaortal endarterectomies and 66 prostheses of renal arteries with the autovein. A preliminarily arterialized autovein is proposed as an autotransplant. The arterialization is achieved by inclusion of the autovein in the peripheral arterial system where the vein is gradually transformed and within 10-12 weeks its structure and biomechanical properties become closer to those of the artery of the musculo-elastic type. Preliminary arterialization excludes dilatatory changes of the autovenous transport.  相似文献

A model of acute infectious peritonitis in mice demonstrated that the inflammation is attended by marked biphasic activation of bone-marrow granulomonocytopoiesis and that the activation is due in many respects to increased functional activity of elements forming the hemopoiesis-inducing microenvironment. This was suggested by increased colony-stimulating activity of the marrow mononuclear cells and the content of hemopoietic islets in the marrow. The colony-stimulating activity of peripheral blood also increased. It was established that inflammation is also characterized by activation of bone-marrow erythropoiesis, which is linked with increased erythropoietic activity of the hemopoiesis-inducing microenvironment and blood. There was a relation between the hemopoietic changes and the kinetics of leukocytes in the focus of inflammation.  相似文献

At present no methods for the prediction of the possibility of using electrostimulation are applied, in spite of the fact that the latter technique is employed on a large scale for patients rehabilitation. The authors have designed a method for electropulse diagnosis of changes in the anus, permitting the detection of pathological alterations in the anus as well as the identification of its reserve potentialities along with the solution of the problem as to whether direct electrostimulation can be used for rehabilitation of one or another patient. The given paper is concerned with a study into electropulse diagnosis of changes in the anus in 31 patients without derangement of locking function, with immaterial functional disorders, and with gross organic pathology. The direct dynamic electrostimulation of the anus appeared little effective in gross organic pathology of the anus, producing a beneficial effect in patients with functional disorders.  相似文献

Summary Translation of poliovirus RNA is initiated by entry of ribosomes into the nucleotide sequence (internal ribosomal entry site; IRES) within the 5-untranslated region (5-UTR). Efficiency of this translation initiation in rabbit reticulocyte lysates (RRL) was very low and was greatly enhanced by addition of the ribosomal salt-wash fraction (RSW) prepared from HeLa cells. This stimulating activity in the RSW was partially purified by gel-filtration column chromatography and its molecular weight was estimated to be higher than 240 000. Several proteins that bind specifically to the poliovirus IRES were detected in the active fraction. Among those, a 57 kDa protein, recognized by antibodies against polypyrimidide tract-binding protein (PTB), was found. In addition, La protein (52 kDa) which is a human antigen recognized by antibodies from patients with autoimmune disorders was also detected. Further purification on a hydroxylapatite column resulted in considerable loss of the stimulatory activity, accompanied by a reduction of the apparent molecular weight of active component(s). These results suggest that fully active HeLa cell stimulatory factors for the translation initiation on poliovirus RNA function in RRL as a large complex consisted of several components including PTB and La protein.  相似文献

Two-year experiments were performed to evaluate the neurotrophic effect of hypoxia-inducible factors (vascular endothelial growth factor and angiogenin) expressed in recombinant human adenoviruses in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Randomized placebo-controlled trial demonstrated safety and good tolerability of the recombinant antiviral drugs. The life span of patients under conditions of hypoxia increased after treatment with the test drug, which was probably related to improved resistance of motoneurons. The survival of neurons is a key condition for complete posttraumatic regeneration of the peripheral nerve. In experiments on rats we studied survival capacity of different neuronal subpopulations in LIV-LV dorsal root ganglia after ligation or transection and suturing of the sciatic nerve. Experiments with nerve ligation showed that IB4+ neurons are more sensitive to the injury than NF200+ neurons. By day 90 after ligation of the sciatic nerve IB4+ neurons were virtually not detected in the dorsal root ganglia. By day 90 after nerve transection the number of surviving NF200+ and IB4+ neurons decreased by 26.1 and 21.4%, respectively, in comparison with intact animals. Treatment with xymedon, a regeneration stimulator, led to a 48.5% increase in the number of surviving NF200+ neurons by day 30 after ligation of the nerve and a 50.7% increase by day 90. The number of surviving IB4+ neurons increased more than 8-fold by this term after ligation of the nerve and drug stimulation. Xymedon had a neuroprotective effect towards both neuron subpopulations, more intensely preventing apoptosis of IB4+ neurons.  相似文献
