目的 对大段异体骨移植用于骨肿瘤保肢治疗及其相关问题进行分析讨论。方法采用大段异体骨修复骨肿瘤瘤段切除后骨缺损5例,术后X线及同位素骨扫描评定骨愈合,并评估其功能恢复情况。结果手术后3—6个月在X线片显示牢固的生物固定(坚强的外骨痂或已骨性连接)、^99mTc—MDP骨扫描图像显示异体骨早期代谢活跃,2年后逐渐恢复正常。结论 同种异体骨半关节移植治疗股骨远端肿瘤术后观察移植骨与自体骨愈合,关节功能重建方面到达良好表现。  相似文献

Transition metal oxides are commonly used in electrochemical energy storage materials, but there are still many drawbacks that impede a wide range of applications. Heteroatom doping can significantly improve its performance. Herein, we have successfully prepared highly uniform N-doped NiCo2O4@C hollow nanostructures for supercapacitors by a two-step hydrothermal treatment associated with successive annealing process. Prepared N-doped NiCo2O4@C materials exhibited an admirable specific capacitance of 1028 F g−1 at a current density of 3 A g−1, with 625 F g−1 remaining even at high current density of 20 A g−1. Besides, this composite showed good electrochemical stability with capacity retention of 84% after 5000 cycles repetitive galvanostatic charge–discharge test at 10 A g−1. An asymmetric supercapacitor was assembled by the N-doped NiCo2O4@C electrode, attached activate carbon (AC) as a counter electrode, exhibiting a high energy density of 26.67 W h kg−1 at a power density of 402 W kg−1. The improvement of electrochemical performance is ascribed to the co-doping of nitrogen and carbon atoms. These results indicate that N-doped NiCo2O4@C can be employed as an ideal electrode material for electrochemical energy storage.

This is a retrospective study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of umbilical cord blood–derived mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) for the treatment of pediatric patients with severe BK virus–associated late‐onset hemorrhagic cystitis (BKV‐HC) after unrelated cord blood transplantation (UCBT). Thirteen pediatric patients with severe BKV‐HC from December 2013 to December 2015 were treated with MSCs. The number of MSCs transfused in each session was 1 × 106/kg once a week until the symptoms improved. The median follow‐up time was 1432 (89‐2080) days. The median frequency of MSC infusion was 2 (1‐3), with eight cured cases and five effective cases; the total efficacy rate was 100%. The copy number of urine BKV DNA was 4.43 (0.36‐56.9) ×108/mL before MSC infusion and 2.67 (0‐56.3) ×108/mL after MSC infusion; the difference was not significant (P = .219). There were no significant differences in the overall survival, disease‐free survival, and the incidence of relapse and acute and chronic graft‐versus‐host disease between the MSC infusion group and non‐MSC infusion group. There was also no significant difference in the cytomegalovirus, Epstein‐Barr virus (EBV), and fungal and bacterial infection rates between the two groups. Although umbilical cord blood–derived MSCs do not reduce the number of BKV DNA copies in the urine, the cells have a high efficacy rate and minimal side effects in treating severe BKV‐HC after UCBT among pediatric patients. MSCs do not affect the rates of relapse, long‐term infection, or survival of patients with leukemia.  相似文献

目的亚克隆大鼠PDZ1-FLAG基因片段并构建pcDNA3.1载体.方法以pAdTrack-CMV-PDZ1为模板,采用PCR法获得PDZ1-FLAG的双链DNA;与pcDNA3.1载体用T4 DNA连接酶连接;连接产物转化大肠杆菌JM109进行筛选、序列测定.结果①得到了PDZ1-FLAG的双链DNA;②酶切鉴定能观察到PDZ1-FLAG和pcDNA3.1两条带;③PDZ1-FLAG测序图谱与文献报道完全一致.结论获得了含目的基因PDZ1-FLAG的pcDNA3.1载体.  相似文献

目的探讨正常兔三级肾动脉血流动力学的特点,为研究继发性肾血流动力学改变提供依据。方法26只兔行双肾超声检查,二维图像测量肾脏大小,CDFI、CDPI定性分析肾灌注,频谱定量研究肾血流动力学指标:VS、VD、VMN、AT、AC、PI、RI。结果左右肾脏大小及各项血流动力学参数差异均无显著性(P〉0.05);三级肾动脉之间VS、VD、VMN、AC、PI、RI差异均有显著性(P〈0.05);AT在MRA与SRA之间差异无显著性(P〉0.05),IRA的AT分别与MRA、SRA的AT比较,差异均有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论频谱多普勒的各项参数为研究正常兔肾血流动力学提供了有意义的信息。  相似文献

The intermetallic compounds between rare earth (RE) elements and transition metal elements have been comprehensively researched due to their appealing magnetic, electronic, optical and thermal properties, in which Ni–Y alloys are one kind of important system. In this work, a systematic investigation concerned with structures, elastic, and thermodynamic properties of Ni17Y2, Ni5Y, Ni7Y2, Ni3Y, Ni2Y, NiY, Ni2Y3 and NiY3 in Ni–Y systems is implemented by means of first-principles calculations. NiY has the lowest formation enthalpy within −0.49 kJ per mol per atom. Ni5Y has the largest bulk modulus, shear modulus and Young''s modulus of 181.71 GPa, 79.75 GPa and 208.70 GPa, respectively. Furthermore, the effects of different concentrations of yttrium on the mechanical and thermal properties of Ni–Y compounds are estimated by using the Voigt–Reuss method. The electronic density of states and chemical bonding between Ni and Y are key factors that determine mechanical and thermodynamic properties of these compounds. What''s more, results indicate that all compounds are dynamically stable as shown by the calculated phonon dispersions.
