采用综合治疗,抗炎,散瞳,局部治疗与全身应用免疫抑制疗法,治疗319例352眼外伤获得了满意的疗效,眼球挫伤104例,眼球穿孔伤93例,化学烧伤71例,眼炸伤46例。眼热烧伤5例,治疗包括及时清创胶粘或缝合,清除前房出血合理用皮质类固醇和免疫抑制剂等。眼球挫伤治愈率97.12%,穿透伤93.18%,热烧伤66.67%。319例眼外伤治愈率94.67%好转5.33%,并对各种治疗方法进行了讨论。 相似文献

It has been recommended that computed tomography (CT) with the patient prone be performed in every patient undergoing percutaneous diskectomy; this would enable detection of a retrorenal location of the colon, which could interfere with the percutaneous procedure. In this evaluation of 346 prone CT studies, only one patient (0.29%) was found to have retrorenal or retropsoas bowel that would have been perforated at diskectomy. Because of this extremely low prevalence, the performance of prone CT in every patient undergoing percutaneous lumbar diskectomy is not believed to be necessary. 相似文献

Summary Persistent infection with rubella virus (RV) can alter secondary functions of host cells. Previously we had documented defective phagocytosis of latex beads by cultured human retinal pigment epithelial cells (RPE), persistently infected with M-33 RV (RPE/RV). Here, examining possible mechanisms for altered function, we reported significant differences between the total esterified fatty acids (FA) of RPE and RPE/RV membranes, measured by gas liquid chromatography. RPE/RV contained an increased proportion of saturated FA, particularly palmitic acid, with a presence of unusual chromatographic FA peaks co-eluting with odd-numbered long-chain carbon atom FA not normally found in human cells. Apical membrane microvilli, structures essential to phagocytic activity of RPE and RPE/RV, observed by scanning and transmission electron microscopy, were similar in number and appearance between uninfected RPE and RPE/RV cells before and after latex bead addition. However, RPE/RV microvilli, possibly reflecting altered membrane FA composition, engaged latex beads less effectively than uninfected RPE microvilli. In addition, microvilli remained abnormally distributed on RPE/RV cell surfaces at 48 h after latex addition. Thus, RV persistent infection may affect the cellular membrane fluidity and functional activity of human cells with increased saturated FA proportions and altered FA components of membrane phospholipids. Background: Spherophakia is an uncommon diagnosis. This is the first case report of spherophakia evaluated by ultrasound biomicroscopy.
Methods: Ultrasound biomicroscopy is a new diagnostic technique developed by one of the authors and provides images with microscopic resolution of the anterior segment. A patient with spherophakia was evaluated by ultrasound biomicroscopy (Zeiss-Humphrey, 50MHz) before and after YAG laser iridotomy.
Results: Ultrasound biomicroscopic assessment revealed a shallow anterior chamber, a very steep anterior lens curvature, iridolenticular contact, elongated zonules, and an increased distance between the lens equator and the ciliary processes. Angle closure glaucoma was due to a pupil block mechanism. The pupil block was relieved by YAG laser iridotomy.
Conclusions: Ultrasound biomicroscopy is a useful technique to confirm the diagnosis of spherophakia. The pupil block in spherophakia is relieved by YAG laser iridotomy. 相似文献

Conclusion The ACCF/ASNC AC for SPECT MPI provides recommendations for the appropriate use of SPECT MPI. After the publication of the
AC document in 2005, the AC has been used by nuclear cardiology practices with many clinical studies evaluating the list of
indications in routine clinical practice. From these data. ASNC recommends minor but important changes to the indication list,
suggesting the addition of 6 new indications and the modification of the definitions for “chest pain syndrome” and “CHD high
risk.”. An objective review of existing indications focused on only those indications that had significant variability among
the reviewers (n=20). These indications were reviewed in the presence of existing and new evidence-based data, and ASNC recommends
that the grades for 6 indications be re-evaluated.
The AC for SPECT MPI will require periodic review as new evidence becomes available or as clinical practice evolves. ASNC
recognizes the importance of these criteria to improve the quality of patient care, and it will continue to play a key role
in assembling the information for this ongoing review. From the current summary of evidence, ASNC consensus opinions, and
ASNC recommendations in this document, ASNC strongly recommends that the AC guidelines be reviewed
