在离体家兔窦房结标本上,应用微电极技术,观察到NIC(4000 mg/L)使窦房结细胞动作电位的SP4平均增加62%(P<0.01);SCL平均减少27%(P<0.01);APD90平均减少12%(P<0.05);APA,SP0无显著变化。VER(0.1 mg/L)可完全阻断NIC的作用,但对ISO(0.03mg/L)的作用无明显影响;PRO(0.25 mg/L)可完全阻断ISO的作用,但NIC的作用不受影响。实验结果提示,NIC可能是一个钙通道激活剂,通过促进isi而增加窦性频率。 相似文献

目的:探讨首发精神分裂症病人接受抗精神病药物治疗后9年中抑郁症状的转归及与其他相关因素的关系。方法:本研究纳入符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准第二版修订本(CCMD-2-R)精神分裂症诊断标准的164例首次发病住院患者,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、阴性症状量表中文版(SANS-CV)、临床总体印象量表(CGI)及功能总体评定量表(GAF)对患者在入院时及治疗后9年中每年进行一次评定,并据此计算缓解时间。结果:共139例患者完成随访。从治疗后的第1年起,每年末HAMD总分≥8分的患者所占比例为3.6%~13.7%,治疗后1~9年的HAM D总分均低于入院水平(P0.001)。入组时HAM D总分与治疗后9年中的缓解时间、9次年末的去除焦虑抑郁因子BPRS总分、SANS-CV、CGI及GAF分均无统计学意义相关。结论:经抗精神病药治疗1年之后,首发精神分裂症患者急性期的抑郁症状迅速减轻,此后在较低水平上略有波动;急性期抑郁症状水平不能预测精神分裂症的长期预后。 相似文献

The effects of polymyxin B (PXB) on action potential of the mice right ventricular myocardial cell were studied by means of intracellular capillary glass electrode. The action potential amplitude (APA) and maximal depolarization rate of phase O (Vmax) of action potential were lowered after administering PXB for 5 min. APA was lowered from 104.0±4.2 mV to 100.7±5.1mV, decreasing 3.2% (P<0.01); Vmax was lowered from 691.5±114.1 v/s to 515.15±71.5 v/s, decreasing 25.5% (P<0.001). Practically, the resting potential remained unchanged. With the continued administration of PXB, the functional refractory period was significantly prolonged. APA90 was temporarily shortened and then prolonged. The results suggest that PXB inactivate or block the fast sodium channel in myocardial cell membrane, which may relate to the antiarrhythmic effect in animal experiment. 相似文献

IL1RAPL1基因多态性与秦巴山区汉族儿童非特异精神发育迟滞的相关性研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:探讨IL1RAPL1基因与秦巴山区儿童非特异精神发育迟滞(Non-specific mental retardation,NSMR)之间的关系.方法:选择IL1RAPL1基因上的单核苷酸多态性(SingleNucleotide Polymorphism,SNP)位点rs12847959,rs6526806,rs6630762和rs1564643作为遗传标记,对秦巴山区儿童进行了病例-对照人群研究.通过PCR-SSCP、琼脂糖凝胶电泳、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、测序等手段建立试验体系.结果:rs6630762位点在秦巴山区儿童中不具有多态性,rs6526806在男性儿童中其等位基因频率分布在NSMR组和正常对照组儿童之间具有极其显著性差异(P〈0.01).结论:IL1RAPL1基因与秦巴山区男性儿童的NSMR有一定的关联,但需要在更大的样本中,选择更多的遗传标记来进一步验证. 相似文献

We investigated the correlation of vascular endothelial growth factor C, matrix metalloproteinase-2, E-cadherin to explore
mechanisms of vascular endothelial growth factor C in the metastasis of ovarian cancer and the relationship of prognosis.
We applied immunohistochemistry to investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C, matrix metalloproteinase-2
and E-cadherin in ovarian tissues of 227 patients. We adopted Pearson chi-square test, Spearman correlation coefficient, univariate analysis, multivariate analysis, and Kaplan–Meier method. The positive
rate of vascular endothelial growth factor C, matrix metalloproteinase-2 and E-cadherin in ovarian cancer was higher than
that in borderline and benign tumor (P < 0.01). Vascular endothelial growth factor C was positively correlated with matrix metalloproteinase-2 (r = 0.665, P < 0.01) while negatively with E-cadherin(r = −0.185, P < 0.05). Univariate analysis showed clinical stage, pathologic grade, lymphatic metastasis, residual disease, chemotherapy,
ascites, vascular endothelial growth factor C, and matrix metalloproteinase-2-influenced survival time (P < 0.05). In Cox multivariate analysis, all the aforementioned factors were found to be independent prognostic factors except
pathologic grade. Vascular endothelial growth factor C was a new target to assess the prognosis of ovarian cancer. The expression
of vascular endothelial growth factor C in ovarian cancer was related to matrix metalloproteinase-2 and E-cadherin. 相似文献

AIM: To identify the genes differentially expressed in the regenerating rat liver of 0-4-8-12 h short interval successive partial hepatectomy (SISPH) and to analyze their expression profiles. METHODS: Five hundred and fifty-one elements screened from subtractive cDNA libraries were made into a cDNA microarray (cDNA chip). Extensive gene expression analysis following 0-4-8-12 h SISPH was conducted by microarray. RESULTS: One hundred and eighty-three elements were selected, which were either up- or down-regulated more than 2-fold at one or more time points after SISPH. Cluster analysis and generalization analysis showed that there were five distinct temporal patterns of gene expression. Eighty-six genes were unreported, associated with liver regeneration (LR). CONCLUSION: Microarray analysis shows that the down regulated genes are much more than the up-regulated ones in SISPH; the numbers of genes expressed consistently are fewer than that expressed immediately; the genes expressed in high abundance are much fewer than that increased 2-5-fold. The comparison of SISPH with partial hepatectomy (PH) shows that the expression trends of most genes in SISPH and in PH are similar, but the expression of 43 genes is specifically altered in SISPH. 相似文献
