经内镜鼻胰管引流在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用

目的 :初步总结经内镜鼻胰管引流在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中应用的疗效。　方法 :自 1998年 3月以来 ,在重症急性胰腺炎患者入院后常规非手术监测治疗的同时 ,随机床旁行经内镜置放鼻胰管引流 14例。其中明确合并胆结石 8例。观察每天胰管引流量和入院后第 5天在体温、心率、白细胞计数、血糖、血钙、动脉氧分压和血、尿淀粉酶的变化 ,并与第 1天比较 ,记录治疗结果和住院时间。　结果 :经鼻胰管引流时间为 (7.3± 4 .0 )天 ,前 5天的胰液引流量分别为每天 (2 36 .4± 176 .6 )、(2 87.1± 16 4 .7)、(2 84 .6± 2 16 .4 )、(435 .0± 35 7.8)ml和 (377.8± 2 2 3.8)ml。入院后第 1天和第 5天的体温为 (38.2± 0 .6 )和 (37.2± 0 .8)℃ (P <0 .0 1)、心率为 (10 2 .3± 17.0 )和 (82 .9± 14 .5 )次 /min(P <0 .0 1) ,白细胞计数为 (14 .6± 4 .2 )和 (10 .1± 5 .4 )× 10 9/L(P <0 .0 5 ) ,血糖为 (10 .0± 4 .9)和 (8.6± 3.3)mmol/L(P >0 .0 5 ) ,血钙为 (2 .1± 0 .2 )和 (2 .2± 0 .2 )mmol/L(P >0 .0 5 )　动脉氧分压为 (78.0± 16 .3)和 (113.0± 4 1.6 )mmHg(P <0 .0 1) ,血淀粉酶为 (6 95 .7± 4 4 5 .2 )和 (82 .6± 4 7.1)U/L(P <0 .0 1) ,尿淀粉酶为 (3174 .1± 2 5 4 2 .5 )和(2 86 .8± 2

抑郁发作自杀未遂患者脑源性神经营养因子水平及其相关因素研究

Objective To investigate the possible role of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the pathophysiology of attempted suicide in depressive episode patients.Methods The subjects were 23 depressive episode patients who had recently attempted suicide.24 depressive episode patients without suicide attempt.and 30 sex-age-and education matched healthy controls.The Hamihon Depression Rating Scale-24 items(HAMD24),Beck Helpless Rating Scale(BHS)and Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale (SIOSS)was used to evaluate the severitv of symptoms.The seruln level of BDNF was detected with sandwich ELISA.Pearson correlation coefficients wag used to measure the correlations between serum BDNF and the related illness variables.Results There were significant difierences in the serum level of BDNF between patients with attempted suicide,pailents without suicide attempt and normal controls(F=21.927,P＜0.05).Post hoc analysis showed the serum BDNF levels in patients with attempted suicide [(57 ±16)ng/L]were lower than that in patients without[(75±28)ns/L;P＜0.05],and were lower in patients without suicide attempt[(75 ±28)ng/L]than that in normal controls[(111 ±39)ng/L;P＜0.01].In patients with attempted suicide,the serum BDNF was negatively correlated to the duration of depressive episode(r=-0.541,P=0.008),the mean BHS score(r=-0.494,P=0.017)and the mean SIOSSscore(r=-0.754.P=0.000).Conclusion The results suggest that the decreased serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor is related to the pathophysiology of attempted suicide in depressive episode patients.     

宫颈癌疫苗试验取得可喜结果

如果人类试验能取得与动物试验相同的好结果,可能在3年内获得一种抗宫颈癌疫苗。英国Glasgow大学研究人员研制出一种增强免疫系统以杀伤癌前期肿瘤的疫苗。在有限的试验中发现,此种疫苗能治愈牛肿瘤,这是类似于妇女患宫颈癌之前的肿瘤。     

1995～2000年参加全国微生物室间质评活动分析

目的 就我室1995－2000年参加全国微生物室间质评活动进行总结分析，以利于进一步提高我室微生物检验的总体水平。方法 对卫生部临检中心发放的质控菌株按其要求进行分离检测，对我室结果进行分析。结果 1995－2000年我室接收质控菌75株，9株菌未转种成功，鉴定正确 61株，误检菌5株。结论 我室对革兰阳性球菌、非发酵菌、革兰阳性杆菌、革兰阴性球菌鉴定正确率较高。但应加强对培养基质量的控制，以提高对荷养菌的分离和鉴定率。     

水泥型羟基磷灰石人工骨的制备及性能分析

Objective: To prepare hydroxyapatite cement (or calcium phosphate cement,CPC) and analyze its capability. Methods: Tetracalcium phospluge (TTCP ) was prepared by the method of high heat. TTCP reacted with in simulated body situation and produced CPC. Its capability was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), X-ray diffraction( XRD). Its density, absorbing water coefficient, macroporosity and compressive strength were measured also. Results: The main element of CPC is hydroxyapatile (HA), its microstructure comprised of petal crys-tals. The diameter of micropore was 4-10μm, density was 1. 922 g/cm^3, macroporosity was 29. 777%, absorbing coefficient was 15. 503%, compressive strength was 42.70 Mpa. Conclusion: This CPC has three-dimensional spatial structure, its strength meets the need of cancellous bone grafting.     

水泥型羟基磷灰石人工骨的制备及性能分析(英文)

目的:制备水泥型羟基磷灰石人工骨,并进行性能分析。方法:高温法制备出磷酸四钙,然后在模拟体内环境下将其与无水磷酸氢钙发生水化固化反应,合成水泥型羟基磷灰石人工骨,采用X线衍射、扫描电镜观察、体积密度、吸水率、孔隙率及耐压强度测量进行性能分析。结果:该人工骨主要成分为低结晶度的羟基磷灰石;微观结构呈针状或花瓣状晶体构成,微孔直径约4-10 μm,孔隙相互交通;平均体积密度为1.922 g·cm~(-3);平均吸水率为15.503％;孔隙率为29.777％;耐压强度为42.70 MPa。结论:本研究所制人工骨具有三维空间结构,力学性能符合人体非负重骨植骨要求。
