计算机体层成像多平面重建在评价椎间融合中的作用

目的 探讨计算机体层成像多平面重建(CTMPR)在评价椎间融合中的作用,寻找定量评价椎间融合的新方法.方法 13例行腰椎间融合的患者术后1周、3个月、6个月行CTMPR,行椎间融合器(Cage)内植骨CT值定量测量.结果 术后1周Cage内植骨CT值为(619.52±26.97)Hu,术后3个月为(628.69±42.60)Hu,术后6个月为(657.77±37.43)Hu.术后1周与术后3个月相比无显著性差异,与术后6个月相比有显著性差异.结论 CT值的测量在椎间融合的判断中具有高准确性.     

髓核刺激背根节时肿瘤坏死因子-α在脊髓后角表达的意义

本试验借助于髓核移植致坐骨神经痛的动物模型,探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在脊髓后角的表达规律,分析其与痛觉过敏之间的相关性.     

Vascular endothelial growth factor and its receptor expression during the process of fracture healing

Objective： To study the expression regularity of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） during the process of fracture healing, and the type of VEGF receptor expressed in the vascular endothelial cells of the fracture site.
Methods： The fracture model was made in the middle part of left radius in 35 rabbits. The specimens from the fracture site were harvested at 8, 24, 72 hours and 1, 3, 5, 8 weeks, and then fixed, decalcified, and sectioned frozenly to detect the expression of VEGF and its receptor at the fracture site by in situ hybridization and immunochemical assays.
Results： VEGF mRNA and VEGF expression was detected in many kinds of cells at the fracture site during 8 hours to 8 weeks after fracture. Fltl receptor of VEGF was found in the vascular endothelial cells at the fracture site during 8 hours to 8 weeks after fracture, and strong expression of flkl receptor was detected from 3 days to 3 weeks after fracture.
Conclusions： The expression of VEGF and fltl receptor appears during the whole course of fracture healing, especially from 1 to 3 weeks. Flkl receptor is highly expressed in a definite period after fracture. VEGF is proved to be involved in the vascular reconstruction and fracture healing.

月桂氮Ｚｈｕｏ酮（氮酮）作为一种高效透皮吸收促进剂，已广泛应用于医药化妆品等领域，本实验中发现，氮酮在２０μｇ／ｍｌ浓度下，对Ｇ＾＋细菌及芽孢具有显著的抑制作用。     

胰岛素对数种缩血管物质作用的影响

目的 观察胰岛素对去甲肾上腺素、内皮素-１、氯化钾（ＫＣＩ）、血管紧张素Ⅱ和５－羟色胺缩血管作用的影响。方法 用ＳＤ大鼠的离体动脉血管观察缩血管物质的作用。结果 在含有１ｍＵ／ｍｌ胰岛素环境中，胰岛素对数种缩血管作用机制不同的物质有程度不同的血管增敏作用。对去甲肾上腺素、内皮素－１和ＫＣＩ有明显的增敏效果；对血管紧张素Ⅱ有增敏趋势，但无显著性差异；对5－羟色胺无增敏效应。结论 胰岛素在高血压的发病过程中可能起重要作用。     

注射乙肝疫苗后的过敏反应

对橡胶过敏是发生该过敏反应的重要原因,尤其是进行过外科手术的病人.作者报告1例病人注射乙肝疫苗后产生过敏,而这一过敏反应与病人对橡胶有过过敏反应有关.某女,44岁,接受了常规乙肝疫苗注射,短时间后,就出现血压下降,伴有血管神经性水肿,并波及脸与颈部,躯干与四肢出现     

成人腰椎峡部裂型滑脱症的微创治疗

Objective To investigate the clinical experiences and technical skills of adult isthmic spondylolisthesis. Methods Twenty-one patients with adult isthmic spondylolisthesis underwent minimally invasive surgery. There were 12 men and 9 women, with the mean age of 51.7 years. Isthmic spondylolisthe-sis occurred at the L4.5 in 7 patients, and at the L5S1 in 14 patients. According to Meyerding classification, 13 cases were of Grade Ⅰ, 7 of Grade Ⅱ, 1 of Grade Ⅲ. Under general anesthesia, guiding by fluoroscopy, the surgeries performed minimally invasive microendoscopic(METRx) techniques for posterior decompression, interbody cage fusion and novel Sextant-R percutaneous pedicle screw techniques for deformity reduction and fixation. Results Seventeen cases were followed up 1 year postoperatively. The average low back pain VAS reduced from preoperative 6.0±2.6 to postoperative 2.9±2.5. The average leg pain VAS decreased from preoperative 6.7±3.3 to postoperative 2.8±1.6. The average ODI decreased from preoperative 44.3% to post-operative 27.1%. The Nakai good and excellent rate was 90%. The mean operative time 170 min, blood loss 160 ml, and postoperative stay in bed 7.5 d. The sagittal spondylolisthesis rate significantly decreased from preoperative 35.5%±2.5% to postoperative 8.3%±7.5%. The lordotic angle from preoperative 11.5°±1.7° in-creased to postoperative 16.8°±9.5°; the intervertebral disc height from preoperative (5.4±2.5) mm increased to postoperative (9.1±3.0) mm. According to Lenke judgement for fusion, complete fusion rate was 76%, in-complete fusion rate was 12%, nonfusion rate was 12%. Conclusion The minimally invasive microendo-scopic (METRx) assisted with a novel Sextant-R percutaneous pedicle screw systems for deformity reduction and fixation to treat adult isthmic spondylolisthesis, is not only a minimally invasive and safe surgical tech-nique, also an effective treatment for deformity reduction and fixation.     

网络药理学联合动物实验探讨润燥止痒胶囊治疗湿疹的作用机制

目的 通过网络药理学和动物实验,揭示润燥止痒胶囊（RunZao ZhiYang capsule,RZZY治疗湿疹的药理学机制。方法 选取RZZY中23个成分为研究对象,利用数据库筛选方药靶点,使用Metascape数据库对靶点进行KEGG通路富集分析,Cytoscape软件构建“成分-靶点-通路”网络,筛选湿疹关联通路,开展动物实验评价RZZY对湿疹的疗效,验证RZZY对关键靶点调节作用。结果 RZZY与湿疹关联靶点72个,包括JAK2、STAT3、PIK3R1、AKT1、MAPK1等;KEGG富集得到AGE-RAGE、TNF、Th17 cell differentiation、PI3K-Akt等关键信号转导通路;动物研究发现RZZY显著减轻湿疹模型大鼠皮肤肿胀、表面溃烂和渗透,降低湿疹面积及严重度指数评分、皮肤厚度和病理评分,确证RZZY对湿疹关键靶点JAK2和STAT3蛋白有下调作用,与网络药理学预测结果相一致。结论 本研究联合网络药理学和动物实验验证RZZY对湿疹的作用机理,为其临床应用提供理论依据。
