采用组化特染,透射电镜和图象分析仪观察了35只正常人眼筛板结缔组织的纤维成分和结构形态,根据生物力学原理分析了筛束的力学性质和筛板的结构特征,探讨了筛板的损害形式和在眼压与视神经损害间的中介作用及其影响因素。结果显示,筛束含有细胞间质所有三种纤维,具有弹性、塑性和刚性三重复合性质,筛板纵向椭圆、筛束行径和密度象限性差异及筛板厚度个体性差异等与筛板抗损害性能有关。眼压对筛板作用有两种途径,筛板损害是 相似文献

进行氯丙醇对大鼠毒作用研究 ,并进行氯丙醇暴露对健康影响评价的生物效应标志物探讨 ,为进行人群氯丙醇暴露对健康的影响评价提供科学依据。选用健康雄性断乳SD大鼠 1 76只 ,随机分为 8组 ,经口灌胃给予 0、0 2 5、0 5、1 0、2 0、4 0、8 0、1 6 0mg kg的 3 氯 1 ,2 丙二醇 (3 MCDP) 90天 ,进行体重、食物利用率、血液学指标、血生化指标、尿液中N 乙酰 β D 氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)、γ 谷胺酰转肽酶 (GGT)和总蛋白、精子数目、精子存活率和畸形率、睾丸组织中乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和乳酸脱氢酶同工酶 X(LDH X)、脏体比及其病理组织学测定和分析。结果表明 ,不同暴露剂量的氯丙醇对动物体重、食物利用率、血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞、血丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)、肌酐、尿素氮、血清碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、总蛋白、白蛋白、尿GGT酶和总蛋白及睾丸LDH酶均未见显著影响。在 4 0、8 0和 1 6 0mg kg剂量组 ,动物尿N 乙酰 β D 氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)活性显著增加 ,肾体比增大 ,并出现肾毒性病理改变 ,精子数目也降低。在 8 0和 1 6 0mg kg剂量组 ,精子存活率和睾丸LDH X显著降低 ,睾丸和附睾出现病理改变 ,3 MCDP无致精子畸变作用。由此可见尿液中NAG酶活性和精子 相似文献

The existing understanding of the pathogenesis of primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG) mainly centers on angle closure. Among them, the anatomical findings are the majority, and the related concepts and views are varied, but the specific relationship with the pathogenesis remains to be explored. This paper focuses on the outflow block of aqueous humor instead of angle closure. According to the concept of the “big posterior chamber” and the view of its combination with the lens-iris diaphragm, all the structures of the aqueous outflow pathway were reexamined and reintegrated to determine the predisposing links of outflow blocks. Furthermore, the anatomical properties of common terms and their connections with the pathophysiological mechanisms were largely sorted out, and the internal unified relationship between different blocking processes and different subtypes of PACG was also established. In this study, we investigated the protective effects of ligustilide against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced endotoxic shock in Japanese white rabbits and attempted to elucidate the possible mechanism underlying these effects. Forty-two rabbits were randomized into 6 groups: normal group, LPS group, dexamethasone group (5 mg/kg), and 3 ligustilide groups (20, 40, and 80 mg/kg). After the rabbits had received a LPS infusion (0.3 mg/kg), dexamethasone and ligustilide were intravenously injected at the above-mentioned dosages. Heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), and rectal temperature (RT) were recorded throughout the experiment. Tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α), interleukin-1 β (IL-1 β), and nitric oxide (NO) levels were measured by radioimmunoassay every 30 minutes for the first hour and every 60 minutes thereafter until the end of the experiment. The serum levels of alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), creatinine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), total protein (TP), creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), total bilirubin (T. BIL), and counts of formed elements of blood were measured at 0, 120, and 300 minutes after the administration of LPS. Hemorheology was assayed 300 minutes after the LPS injection. The vital organs were collected and weighed before histopathologic examination. A comparison between the LPS group and the ligustilide groups showed that ligustilide significantly inhibited the decline in MAP and RT and decreased the levels of TNF- α, IL-1 β, and NO, but had no apparent effect on HR. Ligustilide also inhibited the increase in the levels of biochemical markers, such as ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, LDH, CK, BUN, and Scr, but showed no apparent effect on T. BIL and TP. Furthermore, ligustilide partly restored the function of injured vital organs, including the heart, liver, lungs, and kidneys.
