高效液相色谱法测定右旋儿茶素血浆浓度及药代动力学参数 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
本文建立了体液中右旋儿茶素的RP-HPLC测定方法。采用C_(18)键合相硅胶为填料的固相提取柱进行样品预处理,右旋儿茶素的提取回收率为79.8%.应用二极管阵列检测器对色谱峰纯度进行鉴定。该法精密度好,方法回收率近100%,日内、日间的变异系数为2.4~5.6%,血浓69.6~1160 ng/ml范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9993。家兔静注右旋儿茶素18mg/kg,其药代动力学过程符合二室模型,分布相半衰期为0.129 h,消除相半衰期为1.19h。 相似文献

Age-hardening mechanisms and related ordering behaviors of the experimental (AuCu)1−xZnx alloys with x0.2 were investigated for dental applications. The addition of Zn to equiatomic AuCu greatly increased the age-hardening rate and delayed overaging. It was suggested that the quenched-in excess vacancies were greatly related to the age-hardening rate in the AuCu–Zn pseudobinary alloys. In these alloys, the hardness became maximum during the very initial stage of ordering, and with the development of ordered phase, the hardness began to decrease. Transmission electron microscopy revealed that the age-hardening of AuCu–Zn pseudobinary alloys is caused by lattice distortion that occurred during the very early stage of atomic ordering. The addition of Zn to AuCu effectively increased the density of antiphase boundaries per unit volume of the AuCu II superstructure. This is suggested to be the main cause for the retardation of the overaging in the alloys containing Zn of 5 at% or more. This pronounced effect of Zn addition to AuCu alloy on its age-hardening characteristics may be advantageous for obtaining stable mechanical properties of dental casting gold alloys. 相似文献

The presence of a damaged tube has been suggested in recent studies to have
a negative effect on in-vitro fertilization (IVF) outcome. Performing
bilateral salpingectomy prior to IVF to maximize pregnancy rates may also
result in unnecessary surgery. This case is also an example of the
occurrence of interstitial pregnancy after salpingectomy. This unusual type
of ectopic pregnancy must be kept in mind when evaluating a patient
suspected of a possible early abnormal gestation after assisted
reproductive technolologies.

TRAIL is a cytokine that can induce tumor-specific apoptosis through its specific death receptors (DR4 and DR5) and p53 has been proven to increase the expression of death receptors. To examine their interaction in tumor suppression, p53 and TRAIL genes were inserted in recombinant adenovirus vectors and transferred simultaneously into non-small cell lung cancer cell lines (NCI-H157, NCI-H358, NCI-H460 and A549). Western blot assay demonstrated production of TRAIL protein in NCI-H157 and A549 cell lines. Increased expressions of DR4 and DR5 of NCI-H157 and DR4 of A549 after p53 overexpression were confirmed by flow cytometry. p53 or TRAIL gene transfer increased sub-G1 fraction in cell cycle analysis and inhibited the tumor growth dose-dependently and the degree was potentiated by co-transfer. But isobologram analysis indicated an additive effect. Together, these data indicate that p53 and TRAIL interact additively on tumor apoptosis despite theoretical synergism. 相似文献

Spinocerebellar ataxia type 1 (SCA1) is an autosomal dominant
neurodegenerative disorder caused by the expansion of a CAG trinucleotide
repeat which encodes glutamine in the novel protein ataxin-1. In order to
characterize the developmental expression pattern of SCA1 and to identify
putative functional domains in ataxin-1, the murine homolog (Sca1) was
isolated. Cloning and characterization of the murine Sca1 gene revealed
that the gene organization is similar to that of the human gene. The murine
and human ataxin-1 are highly homologous but the CAG repeat is virtually
absent in the mouse sequence suggesting that the polyglutamine stretch is
not essential for the normal function of ataxin-1 in mice. Cellular and
developmental expression of the murine homolog was examined using RNA in
situ hybridization. During cerebellar development, there is a transient
burst of Sca1 expression at postnatal day 14 when the murine cerebellar
cortex becomes physiologically functional. There is also marked expression
of Sca1 in mesenchymal cells of the intervertebral discs during development
of the spinal column. These results suggest that the normal Sca1 gene, has
a role at specific stages of both cerebellar and vertebral column
development.

Respiratory and other regular motions during two-dimensional Fourier transform magnetic resonance imaging produce image artifacts consisting of local blurring and more or less regularly spaced "ghost" images propagating along the direction of the phase-encoding magnetic field gradient. The patterns of these ghost artifacts can be understood in terms of the technique of image production and basic properties of the discrete Fourier transform. This understanding permits, without respiratory gating, production of images of improved quality in body regions in which there is significant respiratory motion. In particular, the ghosts can be maximally separated from the primary image by choosing intervals between phase-encoding gradient pulse increments that are equal to one-half the respiratory period; they can be minimally separated by choosing an interval equal to the respiratory period. Four patients with proved osteopetrosis (three with the infantile malignant form and one with the benign form) were examined with magnetic resonance imaging at 1.5 T. All patients were studied in the coronal and sagittal planes using both short and long repetition time/echo time sequences. The infantile malignant form was characterized by a complete lack of signal from the marrow alternating with a signal intensity equivalent to that of the intervertebral disks, resulting in a "stepladder" appearance. In the benign form or after successful marrow transplantation in the infantile malignant form, intermediate or high signal intensity in the vertebrae was noted, suggesting the presence of some marrow elements. 相似文献

In a study of the Kanagawa phenomenon of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, both Kanagawa-positive and -negative strains were found to produce hemolytic factors that could not be differentiated on Wagatsuma blood agar. The presence of fermentable carbohydrates in media containing high concentrations of NaCl promoted the growth of V. parahaemolyticus and resulted in a marked decrease in medium pH and increased hemolysin production. The Kanagawa hemolysis of test strains differed according to the carbohydrates added. Clearly defined Kanagawa hemolysis was observed in blood agars of high salt content, but the distinction was lost in media containing 3% NaCl. From the results of this study, the Kanagawa hemolysis was interpreted as an expression of quantitative difference in hemolysin production, a conclusion that is clearly demonstrated on special blood agar of high salt content. 相似文献
