本实验观察了MHDF对整体大鼠血流动力学和离体大鼠胸主动脉的作用。结果表明iv MHDF(3~12.8 mg/kg)能降低大鼠左心室±dp/dtmax,Vmax,Vpm和LVSP,延长T-dp/dtmax,减慢心率。MHDF还能舒张大鼠胸主动脉,ED50为6.5×10-6mol/L;非竞争拮抗NA和CaCl2致主脉收缩,pD2′为3.11±0.21和3.73±0.07;抑制高K+致主动脉收缩,IC50为1.76×10-5mol/L。提示MHDF对血管的作用与α受体阻断剂不同,而可能与钙拮抗有关。 相似文献

Cardiac hamartomas are very rare and are demarcated masses of enlarged, hypertrophied, mature myocytes and collagen tissue. Cardiac hamartomas are generally circumscribed in the right ventricle or atrium, but not reported in the crista terminalis (CRT). The CRT is crucial in electrophysiology, is related to arrhythmogenesis, and is targeted by radiofrequency catheter procedures. Previous works only described the benign natures of prominent CRT using non-invasive methods. This study describes an unusual cardiac hamartoma originating from the CRT and extending toward the tricuspid valve. Microscopically, this hamartoma comprised dense collagen and adipose tissue, mixed with hypertrophy, but with disarrayed cardiomyocytes. An irregular gap junction, connexin43, was demonstrated in this cardiac hamartoma. 相似文献

Cardiac papillary fibroelastoma (CPF) is the second most common benign neoplasm of the heart. This study describes the case of an 81-year-old man who was admitted to the hospital for severe vertigo and in whom a tumor at the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) was identified incidentally during echocardiography. The CPF was excised smoothly following the confirmation of its position by computed tomography. The comprehensive pathologic findings of CPF were reviewed. Detailed immunohistochemical analyses of CD34 and factor VIII-related antigen were performed on the covering endocardial cells. The unique chondroid metaplasia of fibrous tissue in this CPF has never been reported. This work is the first to present an unusual CPF at the RVOT with reactive process of fibrous connective tissue. 相似文献

The effects of increases in cellular adenosine 3′5′-cyclic monophosphate (cAMP) on 5-hydroxytryptamine-(5-HT-) induced generation
of inositol phosphates (IPs) and increases in intracellular Ca2+ ([Ca2+]i) were investigated using canine cultured tracheal smooth muscle cells (TSMCs). Cholera toxin and forskolin induced concentration-
and time-dependent cAMP formation with half-maximal effects (−logEC50) produced at concentrations of 7.0 ± 0.5 and 4.9 ± 0.4 respectively. Pretreatment of TSMCs with either forskolin or dibutyryl
cAMP inhibited 5-HT-stimulated responses. Even after treatment for 24h, these agents still inhibited the 5-HT-induced Ca2+ mobilization. The inhibitory effects of these agents produced both depression of the maximal response and a shift to the
right of the concentration response curves of 5-HT. The water-soluble forskolin analogue L-858051 [7-deacetyl-7β-(γ-N-methylpiperazino)-butyryl forskolin] significantly inhibited the 5-HT-stimulated accumulation of IPs. In contrast, the addition
of 1,9-dideoxy forskolin, an inactive forskolin analogue, had little effect on this response. Moreover, SQ-22536 [9-(tetrahydro-2-furanyl)-9-H-purin-6-amine], an inhibitor of adenylate cyclase, and both H-89 [N-(2-aminoethyl)-5-isoquinolinesulphonamide] and HA-1004[N-(2-guanidinoethyl)-5-isoquinolinesulphonamide], inhibitors of cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA), attenuated the ability
of forskolin to inhibit the 5-HT-stimulated accumulation of IPs. These results suggest that activation of cAMP/PKA was involved
in these inhibitory effects of forskolin. The AlF4
−-induced accumulation of IPs was inhibited by forskolin, suggesting that G protein(s) are directly activated by AlF4
−- and uncoupled from phospholipase C by forskolin treatment. These results suggest that activation of cAMP/PKA might inhibit
the 5-HT-stimulated phosphoinositide breakdown and consequently reduce the [Ca2+]i increase or inhibit both responses independently.

Background: Spontaneous bacterial empyema (SBE) is a complication of cirrhotic patients in which a pre‐existing pleural effusion becomes infected. This retrospective study was designed to investigate the bacteriology and outcome predictors of SBE in cirrhotic patients. Methods: Medical records of cirrhotic patients treated in a tertiary care university hospital from December 2004 to December 2008 were retrospectively reviewed. Results: Of 3390 cirrhotic patients seen during the study period, 81 cases of SBE were diagnosed. The incidence of SBE was 2.4% (81/3390) in cirrhotic patients and 16% (81/508) in patients with cirrhosis with hydrothorax. There were 46 monomicrobial infections found in 46 SBE patients. Aerobic Gram‐negative organisms were the predominant pathogens (n=29, 63%), and Escherichia coli (n=9, 20%) was the most frequently isolated sole pathogen. The mortality rate of SBE was 38% (31/81). Univariate analysis showed that Child–Pugh score, model for end‐stage liver disease (MELD)–Na score, concomitant bacteraemia, concomitant spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, initial intensive care unit (ICU) admission and initial antibiotic treatment failure were predictors of poor outcomes. Multivariate regression analysis demonstrated that the independent factors related to a poor outcome were initial ICU admission [odds ratio (OR): 4.318; 95% confidence interval 1CI) 1.09–17.03; P=0.037], MELD–Na score (OR: 1.267; 95% CI 1.08–1.49; P=0.004) and initial antibiotic treatment failure (OR: 13.10; 95% CI 2.60–66.03). Conclusion: Spontaneous bacterial empyema in cirrhotic patients is a high mortality complication. The independent factors related to poor outcome are high MELD–Na score, initial ICU admission and initial antibiotic treatment failure. High MELD–Na score may be a useful mortality predictor of SBE in cirrhotic patients. 相似文献
