Characterization of Virus-Responsive Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cells in the Rhesus Macaque

Plasmacytoid dendritic cells (PDC) are potent producers of alpha interferon (IFN-α) in response to enveloped viruses and provide a critical link between the innate and adaptive immune responses. Although the loss of peripheral blood PDC function and numbers has been linked to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) progression in humans, a suitable animal model is needed to study the effects of immunodeficiency virus infection on PDC function. The rhesus macaque SIV model closely mimics human HIV infection, and recent studies have identified macaque PDC, potentially making the macaque a good model to study PDC regulation. In this study, we demonstrate that peripheral blood PDC from healthy macaques are both phenotypically and functionally similar to human PDC and that reagents used for human studies can be used to study macaque PDC. Both human and macaque PBMC expressed IFN-α in response to herpes simplex virus (HSV), the prototypical activator of PDC, as measured by using an IFN bioassay and IFN-α-specific enzyme-linked immunospot assays. Similar to human PDC, macaque PDC were identified by using flow cytometry as CD123⁺ HLA-DR⁺ lineage⁻ cells. In addition, like human PDC, macaque PDC expressed intracellular IFN-α, tumor necrosis factor alpha, macrophage inflammatory protein 1β/CCL4, and IFN-inducible protein 10/CXCL10 upon stimulation with HSV, all as determined by intracellular flow cytometry. We found that IFN regulatory factor 7, which is required for the expression of IFN-α genes, was, similar to human PDC, expressed at high levels in macaque PDC compared to monocytes and CD8⁺ T cells. These findings establish the phenotypic and functional similarity of human and macaque PDC and confirm the utility of tools developed for studying human PDC in this animal model.

针对居民的医疗保健要求探索全科医疗的开展

通过对宜川街道赵园二委１７００余户居民进行家庭健康问卷调查,结果大约有３０％居民愿意接受全科医疗服务模式,４０％居民需要上门服务,当遇到常见病时首选一级医院医生为对象占５０％,７０％居民认为上门服务应该是有偿的。为此,笔者认为基层医院应在社区卫生服务中大力地探索,只要有市场就应去占领,而且是一级医院赖以生存的社区,应以全科医疗服务模式去改变医患之间关系,把预防保健、医疗、康复、健康教育融为一体,使     

Large-area perovskite solar cells – a review of recent progress and issues

In recent years, perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted great attention in the photovoltaic research field, because of their high-efficiency (certified 22.1%) and low-cost. In this review paper, we briefly introduce the history of efficiency development for PSCs, and discuss some of the major problems for large-area (≥1 cm²) PSC devices. In addition, we summarize the recent progress in the aspects of fabrication methods for large-area perovskite films, and improving the efficiency and stability of the large-area PSC devices. Finally, we give a short summary and outlook of large-area PSC devices. This article is mainly organized into three parts. The first part focuses on the main fabricating technologies for large-area perovskite films. The second section discusses some methods that are used to improve the efficiency of PSCs. In the last part, different approaches are used to improve the stability of PSCs.

In this review, we summarize the recent progress in the aspects of the fabrication methods for large-area perovskite films, improving the efficiency and stability of the large-area PSC devices.

扩散加权成像表观扩散系数值与乳腺浸润性导管癌分子亚型的关系

目的探讨表观扩散系数(ADC)值与乳腺浸润性导管癌4种分子亚型(Luminal A、Luminal B、HER2过表达、三阴性乳腺癌)及其生物学预后因子雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、人类表皮生长因子受体-2(HER2)的相关性,为鉴别不同分子亚型及评估乳腺癌预后提供理论依据。资料与方法回顾性分析具有完整病理及术前MRI资料的88例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者,术前采用平面回波成像序列获得扩散加权成像(b=0、1000 s/mm2),测定最小ADC值;术后采用免疫组化检查获得检测ER、PR、HER2及4种分子亚型,其中HER2(++)或(++~+++)采用免疫荧光原位杂交法检测,确定有无扩增。比较不同分子亚型间及乳腺癌生物学预后因子ER、PR、HER2的表达。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌4种分子亚型间ADC值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);ER、PR阴性者ADC值高于ER、PR阳性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HER2阳性、阴性者ADC值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ADC值不能鉴别乳腺浸润性导管癌4种分子亚型,无法评估其生物学预后。     

经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石临床观察

目的 观察经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石的临床疗效.方法 将108例输尿管上段结石患者随机分为观察组和对照组各54例.对照组患者行经尿道输尿管镜取石术治疗,观察组患者行经皮肾镜取石术治疗.观察两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、结石清除情况及并发症的发生情况,对比两组临床疗效.结果 观察组患者的手术时间和住院时间均明显长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;两组的术中出血量无显著差异（P＞0.05）;观察组患者的结石清除情况及并发症的发生情况均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在输尿管上段结石的临床治疗中,经皮肾镜取石术与经尿道输尿管镜取石术各有优缺点,都具有较高的临床应用价值,应根据患者具体情况合理选用治疗方法.     

超声波对血液透析效率的影响

目的研究超声波对血液透析效率的影响及临床应用的可能性.方法对肾衰竭实验犬进行血液透析,加超声透析与不加超声透析交替进行所得的数据进行比较.结果加用超声血液透析与普通透析相比较,提高了对以尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸的清除效率;对于其他血生化组分的清除效率改变则无统计学意义.结论超声血液透析加强了对以尿素氮、肌酐为代表的尿毒症毒素的清除.     

硝苯吡啶控释片降压效果观察

应用硝苯吡啶控释片及其普通片剂对４３例高血压患者进行为期４周的治疗，对比结果显示：硝苯吡啶控释片每日口服一次剂量３０ｍｇ，降压平稳，持续２４ｈ，降压总有效率为９０９％，且不增加心率，不良反应轻微。     

放射介入治疗产后大出血(附13例报告)

目的 探讨子宫动脉栓塞术(uterine arterial emlbolization，UAE)或髂内动脉栓塞术(internal iliac artery embolization，IIAE)治疗产后大出血临床效果。方法 对13例不同原因的产后大出血采用明胶海绵为栓塞剂行UAE，或IIAE治疗。结果 所有病例均一次栓塞成功，止血效果100％，无严重并发症。结论 UAE或IIAE是治疗产后大出血的有效方法，它具有止血迅速、疗效肯定、手术时间短、创伤小、保留子宫等优点，是替代子宫切除治疗产后大出血更有效的方法。
