A total of 251 men at the age of 23 to 50 have been examined with the use of audiometry and dynamic impedance metry who had obtained various doses of radiation connected with the work at the Chernobyl Power Plant. It was established that in 57.8% of the cases the audition was within the physiological norm and in 42.2% various forms of audition derangements were diagnosed.  相似文献

Cortical evoked potentials (CEP) of workers exposed to industrial noise were recorded by an Amplaid MK-6 unit (Italy). They suffered from neurosensory hypoacusis with or without the recruitment phenomenon. The results were compared with those derived from patients with neurosensory hypoacusis of vascular origin, aggravated by the recruitment phenomenon, and in the cortical structures of the hearing organ in the case of neurosensory hypoacusis of both vascular and noise origin. Increase of the N2 with observations made on normal controls who were not exposed to industrial noise. CEP were found to give reliable information about changes peak latency may be used for differential diagnosis of neurosensory hypoacusis of vascular or noise origin. Decrease of the P2--N2 amplitude in response to 1 kHz stimulation may also help discriminate neurosensory hypoacusis of vascular or noise origin.  相似文献

A new method for treating acute pneumothorax with a bronchopleural fistula was experimentally developed and clinically tested. It is based on thoracoscopic use of CO2 laser radiation. The laser beam energy is employed for evaporation of necrotic tissues in the area of pulmonary destruction, "welding" of the bronchopulmonary fistulae, and general irradiation of the empyema cavity with a defocused beam. Nineteen patients with various disease duration were treated. In 16 patients the bronchial fistulae and the empyema cavity were eliminated and the lung re-expanded. The purulent inflammation in the pleural cavity was acute in these cases.  相似文献

The results of the study of the influence of Fe segregation into the unintentionally doped GaN channel layer in AlGaN/AlN/GaN heterostructures with Fe-doped GaN buffer layer on the electrical properties of two-dimensional electron gas are presented. A set of several samples was grown by metal-organic vapor-phase epitaxy and characterized by the van der Pauw method. The dependence of concentration and mobility of the two-dimensional electron gas on the channel layer thickness was analyzed theoretically by self-consistent solving of 1D Poisson and Schrödinger equations and scattering rate calculations within the momentum relaxation time approximation. It was found that both concentration and mobility decreases were responsible for the increase in the sheet resistance in the structures with a thinner channel layer, with a drop in mobility being not only due to ionized impurity scattering, but also due to a combined effect of weakening of screening, lower carrier energy and change in form-factors on scattering by interface roughness, dislocations and polar optical phonons.  相似文献

Original 1CP powder was studied and it was founded that powder material partially consists of the amorphous phase, in which crystallization begins at 450 °C and ends at 575 °C. Selective laser melting parameters were investigated through the track study, and more suitable ones were found: laser power P = 90, 120 W; scanning speed V = 1200 mm/s. Crack-free columnar elements were obtained. The sample obtained with P = 90 W, contains a small amount of amorphous phase. X-ray diffraction of samples shows the presence of α-Fe(Si) and Fe2B. SEM-image analysis shows the presence of ordered Fe3Si in both samples. Annealed samples show 40% less microhardness; an annealed sample containing amorphous phase shows higher soft-magnetic properties: 2.5% higher saturation magnetization, 35% higher residual magnetization and 30% higher rectangularity coefficient.  相似文献
