Berechnung des Pflichtbeitrags eines niedergelassenen Arztes zum ?rztlichen Versorgungswerk bei Insolvenz

1. Wird dem Insolvenzsschuldner von den Gl?ubigern die Fortführung seiner Arztpraxis gestattet (sog. Betriebsfortführung), stellen die Pflichtbeitr?ge zur Altersversorgung sonstige Massenverbindlichkeiten dar, die gem. § 53 InsO vorweg durch den Insolvenzverwalter zu berichtigen sind. 2. Der Umstand, dass die Gl?ubigerversammlung im Rahmen der Betriebsfortführung für den fortführenden Arzt einen bestimmten monatlichen Unterhalt festgesetzt hat, bedingt keine Umqualifizierung der T?tigkeit als niedergelassener Arzt in eine Angestelltent?tigkeit. Die Pflichtbeitr?ge zur Altersversorgung sind daher nach den für Niedergelassene geltenden Satzungsbestimmungen zu berechnen, so dass nach wie vor allein der in der Praxis erzielte Gesamtumsatz und nicht der dem Arzt gew?hrte Unterhaltsbetrag als Berechnungsgrundlage für den Beitragssatz heranzuziehen ist.     

Development of a human cell line by selection and drug-metabolizing gene transfection with increased capacity to activate promutagens

We have isolated a human lymphoblastoid cell line with higher levels of native cytochrome P450IA1 activity and by DNA transfection introduced human cDNAs for a putative cytochrome P450IIA2 and epoxide hydrolase (E.C. 3.3.2.3). The resultant cell line, designated MCL-1, was substantially more sensitive to the mutagenicity of dimethylnitrosamine and benzo[a]pyrene than the AHH-1 cell line and was found to have increased metabolism of benzo[a]pyrene to dihydrodiols. The increase in native cytochrome P450IA1 activity was achieved by mutation and selection based on resistance to the phototoxicity of benzo[ghi]perylene. One resistant clone, designated L3, was used for subsequent studies. Two complete cDNAs, one encoding a putative cytochrome P450IIA2 and the other a microsomal epoxide hydrolase, were isolated from a human liver cDNA library. After introduction of the cDNAs into an expression vector and transfection into AHH-1 cells, gene expression was detected at the level of enzyme activity (epoxide hydrolase) or by increased sensitivity to dimethylnitrosamine cytotoxicity/mutagenicity (putative P450IIA2). A vector containing both cDNAs was then constructed and transfected into L3 cells to produce MCL-1 cells. The potential usefulness of drug-metabolizing gene transfection and of the MCL-1 cell line, in particular, for genetic toxicity testing is discussed.     

In vivo selective monitoring of basal levels of cerebral dopamine using voltammetry with Nafion modified (NA-CRO) carbon fibre micro-electrodes.

The electrochemical technique of differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) with micro-biosensors has been used for a number of years to monitor in vivo and in situ changes in the extracellular concentration of cerebral ascorbic acid, as well as that of the metabolites of dopamine (DA) and serotonin (5-HT). We have recently prepared a carbon fibre micro-electrode (mCFE) which specifically pretreated and coated with Nafion (a negatively charged polymer which repels acids such as 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC)) allows the direct selective detection of the oxidation of DA and 5-HT in nanomolar concentration in vitro and that of extracellular basal levels of cerebral 5-HT in vivo (peak B at +240 mV). We describe here a modified version of this micro-biosensor now called NA-CRO mCFE as its active tip (30 microns in diameter) is coated with a 50/50 (v:v) mixture of Nafion and dibenzo-18-crown-6 (Aldrich). In vitro this newly reported electrode shows insensitivity to acids (e.g., DOPAC) up to 100 microns and sensitivity to 0.5-1 nM DA. In vivo, in the striatum of anaesthetised rats, a basal oxidation peak at +80 mV (peak A, on average 0.6 nA in height), which corresponds to the oxidation potential of DA in vitro, is consistently detectable with the NA-CRO mCFE (corresponding to an estimated concentration of 1.5 nM). Experiments performed in vivo in anaesthetised rats implanted in the striatum with uncoated (normal) mCFE to measure extracellular DOPAC or with NA-CRO mCFE have been performed in order to analyse the chemical nature of peak A in vivo. It is concluded that the addition of the crown-ether compound to the Nafion coat improves the sensitivity of the micro-biosensor for DA in vitro and allows the detection of its basal extracellular levels in vivo.

Nach § 2 Abs. 1 S. 7 ZHG wird die Approbation nicht erteilt, wenn die naturwissenschaftliche Vorprüfung, die zahn?rztliche Vorprüfung oder die zahn?rztliche Prüfung nach der ZAppO endgültig nicht bestanden wurde. 2. Diese Regelung ist in Hinblick auf Art. 12 GG nicht zu beanstanden; allerdings bestehen gegen die Gültigkeit des § 2 Abs. 1 S. 7 ZHG verfassungsrechtliche Bedenken in Hinblick auf eine fehlende übergangs- bzw. Vertrauensschutzregelung.

An improved differential pulse voltammetry technique allows the simultaneous analysis of dopaminergic and serotonergic activities in vivo with a single carbon-fibre electrode

Differential pulse voltammetry has successfully been employed to study either 5-hydroxyindoles, or ascorbic acid and catechols in the brain of anaesthetised or freely moving rats. A new electrochemical pretreatment of pyrolytic carbon-fibre electrodes has been developed, enabling the simultaneous recording of all three compounds in the striatum of anaesthetised rats, using a Tacussel polarography. Furthermore, a fourth peak was recorded at +450 mV. Pharmacological treatments performed to define the nature of the four peaks recorded in the striatum confirmed that peak 1 corresponds to ascorbic acid, peak 2 to dihydroxyphenylacetic acid, peak 3 to 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid and peak 4 to homovanillic acid.     

Immunofluorescent detection of anti-cytoskeleton antibodies using vinblastine-treated mononuclear cells

A reliable and reproducible immunofluorescence method is described for the detection of anti-cytoskeleton antibodies in human sera, based on the use of vinblastine-treated peripheral blood mononuclear cells as substrate. Three immunofluorescence patterns associated with antibodies to microfilaments, intermediate filaments and microtubules are readily identified.
