本文报道 ̄99mTc-新半乳糖白蛋白( ̄99mTc-NGA)与大鼠肝细胞膜进行体外结合试验。结果表明: ̄99mTc-NGA系与肝细胞膜上的高亲和力低容量(K_1:8.4089×10 ̄9L/mol;R_1:1.7350×10 ̄(-12)mol/mg)和低亲和力高容量(K_2:2.0827×10 ̄8L/mol;R_2:6.9530×10 ̄(-12)mol/mg)2个结合位点相结合,其结合表现出高特异性、可饱和性及对细胞膜蛋白浓度的线性依赖性,具备受体介导结合的基本特征。 ̄(99m)Tc-NGA是一个很有希望的肝受体显像剂。  相似文献

Objective: Based on the findings that erythropoietin (EPO) has been proved to be a multiple functional cytokine to attenuate ischemia–reperfusion (I/R) injury in various organs such as brain, heart, and kidney in animals, this experiment was designed to evaluate the effect of pretreatment with recombined human erythropoietin (rhEPO) on I/R-induced lung injury. Methods: Left lungs of rats underwent 90 min of ischemia and then were reperfused for up to 2 h. Animals were randomly divided into three experimental groups as sham group, I/R group, and rhEPO + I/R group (a single dose of rhEPO was injected intraperitoneally 3000 U/kg 24 h prior to operation). Lung injury was evaluated according to semi-quantitive analysis of microscopic changes, tissue polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMNs) accumulation (myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity), and pulmonary microvascular permeability (Evan's blue dying method). Peripheral arterial and venous blood samples were obtained for blood–gas analysis after 5 min occlusion of right lung hilus at the end of reperfusion. The serum concentration of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)- was also measured by the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: Histological injury scoring revealed significantly lessened lung alveolus edema and neutrophils infiltration in the rhEPO pretreated group compared with I/R group (p < 0.05). The rhEPO pretreated animals exhibited markedly decreased lung microvascular permeability (p < 0.05) and myeloperoxidase activity (p < 0.05). Blood–gas analysis demonstrated that the pretreated animals had significantly ameliorated pulmonary oxygenation function (p < 0.05). The serum concentration of tumor necrosis factor- in rhEPO pretreated group was markedly decreased compared with that of I/R group (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Pretreatment with rhEPO appears to attenuate I/R-induced lung injury. This function is partly related with the capacity that rhEPO inhibits the accumulation of polymorphonuclear neutrophils in lung tissue and decreases the systematic expression of tumor necrosis factor-.  相似文献

目的:研究大叶秦艽抗炎、调节免疫的有效部位。方法:复制大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)模型,观察大叶秦艽四个溶剂部位的抗炎作用;采用刀豆素A(ConA)诱导脾T淋巴细胞的增殖反应,通过体内、外实验,分析对脾T淋巴细胞增殖作用。结果:大叶秦艽石油醚部位(QS)、正丁醇部位(QZ)、水溶部位(QW)对福氏完全佐剂引起的局部炎症和免疫性炎症有抗炎作用;QZ体内对ConA诱导的大鼠脾T淋巴细胞增殖有抑制作用,而体外四种提取物对ConA诱导的脾T淋巴细胞增殖均呈现出抑制作用。结论:大叶秦艽石油醚、正丁醇、水提取物均有抗炎作用,正丁醇提取物有调节免疫作用。  相似文献

Corn stalks are a major source of agricultural waste in China that have the potential for more efficient utilisation. In this study, we designed substrate formulas with different proportions of corn stalks to cultivate Pholiota microspora. The substrate formula for P. microspora cultivation that could partially or completely replace sawdust with corn stalks was selected through the analysis of mycelial growth rates, fruiting body traits, yield, biological efficiency, nutrients, and mineral composition. Our results showed that the substrate formula T2 (38% wood chips and 38% corn stalks) resulted in the highest yield of 275.66 ± 2.87 g per bag, which was 6.60% higher than that of formula CK, and the highest biological efficiency of 90.75 ± 0.04%, which was 4.58% higher than that of CK, with no significant differences from CK in terms of fruiting body traits, nutrients, or mineral composition. The substrate formula T1 (19% corn stalks) led to mushroom yields with the highest mineral and amino acid contents and was thus more suitable for the cultivation of medicinal P. microspora. Therefore, substrates comprising a mixture of corn stalks and sawdust can be used as a novel, inexpensive, and high-yield alternative for the cultivation of P. microspora.

本文报告26例正常人和35例乳腺包块~(99m)Tc-葡聚糖乳内淋巴显像的结果。正常人绝大多数双侧淋巴结数和(或)显影浓淡不对称,并发现左右交叉引流和先天性单链各2例;乳癌乳内淋巴转移者双侧或单侧淋巴链不显影,或一侧淋巴链仅低位淋巴结显影而高位缺如。本法判断淋巴受累的灵敏度为100%,特异性为85.2%,准确性为88.6%,假阳性为14.8%,假阴性为零。  相似文献

作者报道了半乳糖-细胞色素C偶联物的制备方法及其对肝无唾液酸糖蛋白受体结合的实验研究。结果表明:该偶联物的肝摄取具有高度的组织特异性、饱和性、种属特异性,符合受体介导结合的基本特征。肝的最大摄取值可达32.9%,且保留了原细胞色素C生物活性的78.5%,说明该偶联物具有明显的肝靶向性,可望成为肝靶向药物或靶向药物的载体。  相似文献
