系统性红斑狼疮的肺胸膜损害

分析了系统性红斑狼疮并肺、胸膜损害30例,胸膜改变占首位,共19例,(63.3％),其中胸膜积液16例,合并心包积液3例。其次为SLE肺炎5例(16.7％),尿毒症肺水肿3例(10％),弥漫性肺间质纤维化2例(6.7％),肺不张1例(3.35％)。对临床表现、诊断、治疗和预后进行了讨论。     

体外循环手术使用肝素和鱼精蛋白时的异常情况及处理

肝素抗凝及鱼精蛋白中和肝素是体外循环心脏直视手术的重要措施,临床发现少数患者使用药物后产生不良反应,或者是使用的技术方法不当造成严重的后果。如何合理地使用肝素和鱼精蛋白是临床探讨的一个课题,找院自1982年2月至1995年2月常规用激活凝血时间(ACT)监测肝素及鱼     

中医“三步梯级止痛疗法”在大肠癌中的应用（附178例分析）

本文总结１７８例中晚期大肠癌，运用中医＂三步梯级止痛疗法＂和辩证分型治疗后，Ⅰ级疼痛缓解率达１００％，Ⅱ级疼痛缓解率为６３．６％，总缓解率８６．１％，而对疼痛以外其它症状缓解有效率平均为１０．５％。     

珍珠生肌膏治疗皮肤溃疡206例临床观察

大面积的慢性皮肤溃疡．是由多种原因引起的一种常见病，病程较长．肉芽和皮肤生长缓慢，不能自行愈合，还有发生癌性变的可能，尤其是一些营养不良性溃疡和长期不愈合的溃疡，治疗较为棘手。我院自1991年12月至2006年2月，应用珍珠生肌膏治疗皮肤溃疡206例．均得到满意疗效．现报道如下：     

Variation of Apolipoprotein A-I in Cirrhosis and its Clinical Value

The serum apolipoprotein A- I (apo A-I) Concentrations in 39 patients with posthepatitis cirrhosis were reported to be 0.87±0.27 g/L lower than that of controls 1.15±0.14 g/L P<0.01. The, decrease of apo. A-I was correlated with the severityof impaired liver function. Apo A- I concentrations in serum correlated positively with decrease of serum albumin (r=0.503 P< 0.01) and negatively with serum bilirubin increase (r=- 0.508 P <0.01) . The data indicate that decreasing of apo A- I concentration may be regarded as one of the reliable indices reflecting the degree of liver function impairment.     

天津市部分小学生午餐膳食营养成分分析

目的 了解天津市小学生午餐营养状况，为小学生合理膳食提供理论依据。方法 应用记帐法与称重法对天津市2个区4所小学学生的午餐营养水平进行调查，应用中国人民解放军总医院编制的膳食计算软件对结果进行评价。结果 2区4所小学学生午餐膳食结构搭配均不合理。奶类摄入量为0；硫胺素和核黄素的摄入量严重不足；钙、锌的摄入量明显不足。结论 应适当调整午餐膳食结构，增加学生膳食中奶类、豆类、杂粮、水果和海产品的比重，保证维生素、无机盐和膳食纤维的摄入量。     

参麦注射注对肿瘤化疗的减毒作用

本文以参麦注射液抗四种肿瘤化疗药的毒副作用进行研究。结果表明：参麦注射液可明显延长荷瘤小鼠生存期，保护造血系统，增强心、肝、贤的解毒功能。     

SUBTOTAL SPLENECTOMY IN CIRRHOTIC PATIENTS

lve cirrhotic patients underwent subtotal splenectomy. The operative technique involved pre- servation of anatomic segments and suture of an omental patch to the residual spleen. With knowledge on segmental vascular anatomy in splenomegaly, sub- total splenic resection can be readily accomplished with ease and safety. Follow-up of the 12 patients showed that the preserved spleen had normal uptake of 51Cr denatured erythrocyte isotope, high grade serum IgM, and effect of alleviating fever after splenectomy. Splenic scan and clinical immunologic survey revealed the functional capacity of splenic remnant, and the lower percentage of "pocked" RBCs, an important clue to eusplenia. Thus, the normal function and size retained of the residual spleen were saved. If long-term follow-up confirms the value of segmental splenectomy, it may become an adjuvant treatment in lowering portal hyperten sion in cirrhotic patients.
