九味镇心颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴焦虑抑郁的临床观察

[目的]观察九味镇心颗粒对于改善慢性萎缩性胃炎伴焦虑抑郁状态的疗效.[方法]运用Hamilton焦虑量表和Hamilton抑郁量表评分筛选出伴焦虑、抑郁状态的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例,随机分为九味镇心颗粒组和黛力新组,每组各30例.2组均以慢性萎缩性胃炎中药基础方治疗,九味镇心颗粒组加用九味镇心颗粒治疗,黛力新组加用黛力新治疗,疗程均为4周.观察比较2组患者治疗后症状的缓解情况.[结果]与治疗前相比,九味镇心颗粒组治疗后症状明显缓解,有效率为96.7％,较黛力新治疗组（90％）显著提高,且症状积分、Hamilton焦虑量表和Hamilton抑郁量表评分差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.[结论]对慢性萎缩性胃炎伴焦虑、抑郁状态患者行中药治疗联合九味镇心颗粒改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,缓解躯体症状,有效率优于黛力新组,值得临床推广.
