目的:了解细胞内信号传导在石棉致肺部疾患过程中的作用。方法:用Western免疫印迹法检测石棉刺激的A549细胞裂解液中MEK1/2、:ERK1/2的表达。结果:以0.1 g/L浓度的青石棉刺激A549细胞后,ERK1/2、MEK1/2磷酸化蛋白快速高表达,与空白对照比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸化的信号蛋白可能在石棉致病中起重要作用。 相似文献
