Objective To investigate the influence of captoprial and SNP on the release of ET -1 in cultured VSMC of rats. Methods Measurement of endothelin - 1 levels by radioimmljnoassay in various concentrations of captopril and/or sodium nitroprusside in cultured vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) of rats. Results Both captopril and SNP could reduce the high ET - 1 levels of VSMC which were caused by Ang Ⅱ. There was a linear relationship between Ang Ⅱlevels and ET -1 production ( r = 0. 760, P <0. 001 ) . Conclusion Endothelin - 1 may accelerate the formation and development of atherosclerosis through inhibiting endogenous NO production by VSMC. ACEI or NO inhibition of ET -1 release could reduce atherosclerosis formation. 相似文献

目的探讨卡托普利及SNP对培养的大鼠VSMC释放ET-1的影响及相互关系。方法在大鼠VSMC培养液中置入不同浓度卡托普利及/或SNP后,用放免法测定ET-1。结果卡托普利及SNP均可减低因AngⅡ引起VSMC分泌增加的内皮素量,AngⅡ水平与VSMC分泌ET-1量呈正相关。结论ET-1通过抑制VSMC内源性NO的产生加速AS的发生及发展,ACEI或NO抑制ET-1释放,可减缓AS形成。 相似文献

本探讨小剂量米非司酮配伍米索前列醇阴道后穹隆放药用于中期引产的可行性。32例采用此方法,32例利凡诺羊膜腔内注射引产作对比。从宫缩至胎儿、胎盘娩出,米索组(5.12小时±2.52小时)明显少于利凡诺组(8.30±4.05小时);引产平均出血量,米索组(75.63±37.91ml)明显少于利凡诺组(152.34±40.51ml);胎盘、胎膜滞留及清宫,米索组(12.5%)明显低于利凡诺组(62.5%);结果表明:小剂量米非司酮口服配伍阴道后穹隆放入米索前列醇进行中期引产效果明显优于利凡诺引产。 相似文献
