手法治疗髌周软组织损伤85例

髌周软组织损伤患者 85例 ,男 44例 ,女 41例 ;年龄 3 0～67岁 ;左侧损伤 49例 ,右侧 3 6例 ;临床症状表现为早期出现膝软的现象 ,或者直接出现疼痛 ,位置多在髌下或窝或不清楚 ,活动受限 ,早期外观多有髌下脂肪垫不同程度肿胀 ,后期严重可出现全关节的肿胀变形 ,甚至出现“O”型腿的改变。压痛点多见于髌骨的外上角及髌骨下脂肪垫或窝。侧向试验、麦氏试验、研磨试验及抽屉试验阴性 ;生化和X线检查无特殊发现。 85例患者均采用手法治疗。①患者仰卧位 ,窝处垫软枕呈微屈状 ,使关节及周围肌肉放松 ,术者立于患侧 ,在膝关节周围揉摩 3…
