舒适护理作用于急诊胆石症患者负性情绪与疼痛程度的效果观察

Objective: To study the effect of comfort nursing on negative emotion and pain relief in patients with emergency cholelithiasis. Methods: Sixty-four patients with emergency cholelithiasis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods. Patients in the control group received conventional nursing methods, and patients in the observation group received comfort nursing on the basis of conventional nursing methods. Through the analysis of the basic data of the two groups of patients to evaluate the effect of nursing. Results: The negative emotion and pain degree scores of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients was also higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with emergency cholelithiasis can eliminate the patients" bad mood from various measures and improve their quality of life from the relief of pain, so it is worthy of application in clinical practice.     

舒适护理对急诊胆石症患者的效果观察

目的 研究急诊胆石症患者应用舒适护理的效果.方法 选取2021年1月至2022年1月我院收治的急诊胆石症患者64例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例.对照组应用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理.比较两组的负性情绪、疼痛程度和护理满意度.结果 观察组负性情绪以及疼痛程度评分优于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 急诊胆石症患者实施舒适护理,能够改善不良情绪,减轻疼痛程度,提高护理满意度.
