子宫肌瘤囊性变689例超声诊断临床分析

目的探讨超声对子宫肌瘤囊性变诊断价值。方法分析本院2006年1月至2008年12月我院手术治疗子宫肌瘤689例,其中手术后经病理证实有囊性变15例的表现。结果本组中子宫肌瘤囊性变15例,占2．10％（15／689）。结论超声是诊断子宫肌瘤囊性变的有效方法。     

B超诊断体检人群无症状胆囊结石的应用价值

目的 探讨腹部B超影像学检查在健康体检中诊断尤症状胆囊结石的应用价值.方法 对1256例门诊体检者,采用二维超声常规检查,分为青年组、中年组和老年组分别进行比较,观察胆囊结石的检出率、类型分布及各年龄组检出率情况.结果 在1256例体检人群中,胆囊结石检出52例,其检出率是4.14%.检出Ⅰ型胆囊轻结石10例,Ⅱ型胆囊重结石17例,Ⅲ型胆囊重结石共14例,Ⅳ型充满型胆石共11例.老年组检出率明显高于青年组和中年组(P＜0.05).结论 无症状胆囊结石检出率相对较高,腹部B超检查安全、无创伤性、操作简便、耗时短,是进行体检人群筛选无症状胆囊结石的首选办法.

216例慢性乙型肝炎患者B超检查结果分析

目的 探讨B超检查对乙型肝炎患者临床治疗的指导意义.方法 216例乙型肝炎患者均行腹部B超检查及肝功能生化检查,观察B超及肝功能检查结果.结果 B超诊断有肝损伤者186例,216例患者的总胆红素(TB)平均值为(15.48±5.51)μmol/L,直接胆红素(DB)均值为(3.21±1.12)μmol/L,丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)均正常,平均值为(33.1±3.71)U/L,甘油三酯(TG)平均值为(1.56±0.43)mmol/L,总胆同醇(CHOL)平均值为(3.76±1.10)mmol/L.结论 B超检查可作为慢乙肝病情进展中的常规检查手段,对临床治疗具有重要的指导意义.
