目的：探讨左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻行一期肠切除吻合的可行性。方法：对2000年1月～2007年6月32例左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者行一期肠切除吻合手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析，术中采用肠道灌洗，并重视围手术期处理。结果：本组病例无一例手术死亡，术后并发症3例，1例腹腔感染，1例切口感染，1例吻合口瘘，经抗感染、换药、肠内外营养支持疗法后治愈。结论：一期肠切除吻合治疗左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻可行。选择合适的病例，术中正确操作，重视围手术期的处理，是手术成功的关键。 相似文献
