目的 :观察加味半夏厚朴汤在治疗颈椎病合并梅核气的临床疗效。方法 :参照国家中医管理局制定的中医病证诊断治疗标准等书 ,对 1996年~ 2 0 0 0年中 1375例中合并梅核气证 352例 ,随机分成两组分别采用半夏厚朴汤合三黄葛根汤与单用三黄葛根汤进行对比观察。结果 :加味半夏厚朴汤与对照组有效率分别为 95.4 %与 78% ,疗程进度治愈率 ,治疗组共 2 52例 ,第 1疗程治愈 189( 75% ) ,第 2疗程 37( 14 .7% ) ,第 3疗程 15例 ( 6% ) ,第 3疗程以上无效 11例 ( 4.3% )。对照组 10 0例 ,第 1疗程 19例 ,第 2疗程 31例 ,第 3疗程 2 8例 ,第 3疗程以上无效 2 2例。两组在治疗过程中有明显的差异 P>0 .0 5。结论 :加味半夏厚朴汤治疗颈椎病合并梅核气证有良好的治疗作用并对疗程有明显的缩短。  相似文献

目的:观察宣白承气汤加味联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)饮停夹热证的临床疗效。方法:选取63例ARDS饮停夹热证患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组33例与对照组30例。对照组给予注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用宣白承气汤加味治疗,2组均治疗7 d。比较2组临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、炎症因子及血气分析指标水平。结果:治疗组总有效率84.85%,高于对照组60.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组PaO...  相似文献

目的通过直接测量所选定的足负重正位X线片上内侧楔骨远端倾斜的相关角度,研究其与拇外翻之间的相关关系。方法回顾性选取了中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二〇医院2018年1月至2021年2月期间影像科拍摄的足负重正位片,测量所有样本HVA并根据其大小将所有样本分为正常组、轻中度拇外翻组和重度拇外翻组,再测量每个样本的IMA、MAA、MCA、DMCA等,最后对2组的测量指标进行统计分析。结果共收集679例足负重正位片,左足330例(49%)、右足349例(51%),男足262例(39%),女足417例(61%);总患者数为538例,其中男性222例(41%),女性316例(59%);患者平均年龄38(18~82)岁,其中男性平均年龄28(18~73)岁、女性平均年龄42(18~82)岁。轻中度拇外翻组和重度拇外翻组中IMA、MAA、MCA均大于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且重度拇外翻组IMA和MCA均大于轻中度拇外翻组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);而DMCA在轻中度拇外翻组和重度拇外翻组中均与正常组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论内侧楔骨远端关节...  相似文献

Ibrutinib exerts promising anticancer effects in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL). However, acquired resistance occurs during treatment, necessitating the exploration of underlying mechanisms. Although three‐dimensional genome organization has been identified as a major player in the development and progression of cancer, including drug resistance, little is known regarding its role in CLL. Therefore, we investigated the molecular mechanisms underlying ibrutinib resistance through multi‐omics analysis, including high‐throughput chromosome conformation capture (Hi‐C) technology. We demonstrated that the therapeutic response to ibrutinib is associated with the expression of p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1). PAK1, which was up‐regulated in CLL and associated with patients'' survival, was involved in cell proliferation, glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation. Furthermore, the PAK1 inhibitor IPA‐3 exerted an anti‐tumour effect and its combination with ibrutinib exhibited a synergistic effect in ibrutinib‐sensitive and ‐resistant cells. These findings suggest the oncogenic role of PAK1 in CLL progression and drug resistance, highlighting PAK1 as a potential diagnostic marker and therapeutic target in CLL including ibrutinib‐resistant CLL.  相似文献

目的 :观察缺氧和营养缺乏对软骨终板干细胞(cartilage endplate-derived stem cells,CESCs)凋亡的影响,探讨B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2/腺病毒E1B 19-k Da结合蛋白3(Bcl-2/adenovirus E1B 19-k Da-interacting protein 3,BNIP3)信号通路在其中的作用。方法 :从临床获取退变椎间盘软骨终板标本,分离培养软骨终板细胞,使用琼脂糖筛选获得CESCs并进行干细胞标志物鉴定,将第三代细胞分别在常氧/完全培养基(对照组)与缺氧和营养缺乏(实验组)条件下培养48h,通过流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡率,CCK-8法检测细胞活性,Western Blot检测BNIP3、Bcl-2关联x蛋白(Bax)、Bcl-2关联k蛋白(Bak)和低氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)蛋白表达水平。使用BNIP3小干扰RNA(siRNA)干扰CESCs中BNIP3基因,同时设置阴性干扰对照组(Scramble siRNA),同前分组处理后再次检测细胞凋亡率、细胞活性及BNIP3、Bax、Bak蛋白的表达水平。结果:对5例标本获得的CESCs进行了干细胞标志物鉴定,其中细胞表面粘附分子44(CD44)、CD73、CD90和CD105为阳性,CD34、CD45、CD11b、CD19和HLA-DR为阴性,提示CESCs具有干细胞特性。实验组细胞凋亡率为(29.12±0.65)%显著高于对照组的(14.87±2.03)%(P0.05);实验组的细胞增殖活性明显降低,为对照组的56.18%(P0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组BNIP3、Bax、Bak蛋白的表达均显著上调(P0.05)。使用BNIP3 siRNA干扰后,缺氧和营养缺乏引起的细胞凋亡增加和细胞增殖活力下降均被明显抑制;同时,缺氧和营养缺乏导致CESCs中BNIP3、Bax和Bak的蛋白表达升高也被显著逆转(P0.05)。结论:缺氧和营养缺乏能够诱导CESCs发生凋亡,此过程可能是通过上调BNIP3、Bax和Bak蛋白表达而发挥作用的。  相似文献

In recent decades, quantum dots have been considered to be highly promising photoluminescent materials for white light devices. During the application of quantum dots in the fabrication of white LEDs, the spectrum and color temperature of the devices are modulated; these devices often involve quantum dots with different emission wavelengths. In this study, yellow-green emitting graphene quantum dots (GQDs) were fabricated using a simple, low-cost and eco-friendly method. The obtained GQDs were cast in UV-curable siloxane. Then, a polymer film with superior optical transparency and excellent monodisperse properties of GQDs was formed. Via the simple adjustment of thickness and the GQD concentration of the color convert matrix, tunable color temperatures (3196–10 870 K) of the GQD-based white light-emitting diodes (LEDs) were achieved. The CIE (Commission Internationale de L''Eclairage) coordinates of the GQD-based white light-emitting diodes matched well with the blackbody radiation curve. Using the fluorescent polymeric matrix in white LEDs, good quality emission and gratifying stability could be obtained. Moreover, this indicates that this technology has the potential for applications in high-end lighting.

Tunable color temperature of graphene quantum dot-based white lighting emitting diodes had been achieved adjusting the thickness and concentration of color convert matrix.  相似文献

目的利用放射组学特征构建不同的机器学习分类模型, 预测盆腔肿瘤调强放疗剂量验证的γ通过率, 并探讨最佳预测模型。方法回顾性分析196例盆腔肿瘤调强放疗计划, 采用基于模体测量方式的三维剂量验证结果, γ通过率标准为3%/2 mm、10%剂量阈值。提取基于剂量文件的放射组学特征构建预测模型。分别采用随机森林、支持向量机、自适应增强和梯度提升决策树4种机器学习算法, 计算曲线下面积(AUC)值、敏感度和特异度, 评估4种预测模型的分类性能。结果随机森林、支持向量机、自适应增强、梯度提升决策树模型的灵敏度和特异度分别为0.93、0.85, 0.93、0.96, 0.38、0.69, 0.46、0.46。随机森林模型和自适应增强模型的AUC值分别为0.81和0.82, 支持向量机和梯度提升决策树模型的AUC值为0.87。结论针对盆腔肿瘤调强放疗计划, 可以采用基于放射组学特征的机器学习方法来构建γ通过率的预测模型。支持向量机模型和梯度提升决策树模型的分类性能要优于随机森林模型、自适应增强模型。  相似文献

目的:观察采用骨栓结合多钢板框架结构治疗胫骨平台严重粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法:用Y形切口显露骨折处,将骨块复位后,用骨栓骨栓、塑形的普通钢板或L形钢板加以固定,形成稳定的框架结构。结果:随访1~7年,优良率92%。结论:严重胫骨平台骨折应采取急诊切开复位内固定术,手术暴露是良好复位的关键,固定一定要可靠,术后要做到早活动、晚负重。  相似文献

Background

Intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction can be caused by severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). It is normally associated with changes to mucosal autophagy and oxidative stress.

Objective

The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between autophagy and oxidative stress on the intestinal mucosal barrier of SAP rat model.

Methods

SAP was induced by retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate (5%) into the biliopancreatic duct. Bacterial translocation (BT) was detected by 16S rDNA sequencing analysis. Morphological alterations in the pancreas and gut were determined by hematoxylin–eosin staining. Oxidative stress status was determined by measuring the level of intestinal malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GPx). Western blot, RT-PCR, and immunofluorescent staining were preformed to analyze the expression of tight junction and autophagy proteins.

Results

According to the sequencing analysis, rats in SAP group were divided into BT (+) group (n = 9) and BT (?) group (n = 8). Pancreatic and intestinal injuries in SAP group were significantly higher than sham operation group. The content of MDA was clearly elevated, and SOD as well as GPx activities were decreased in BT (+) group as compared with BT (?) group. The expression of LC3II and Beclin1 in BT (?) group was higher than that observed in BT (+). In contrast, BT (+) group had a higher level of claudin-2 and a lower level of zonula occluden-1, occludin, and claudin-1.

Conclusion

These results suggest that activated autophagy may attenuate intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction by preventing and reducing the oxidative stress in SAP.
