青蒿琥酯皮肤擦剂在小鼠和兔体内的药代动力学研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
将青蒿琥酯溶于苯二甲酸二甲酯,加适量氨酮制成皮肤擦剂。给兔脱毛后,皮肤涂抹此擦剂25mg/kg后,血药浓度达峰时间平均为2 h,峰浓度平均为1.80μg/ml。药物在兔体内平均驻留时间为3.54 h,清除半衰期约为2.46 h。给小鼠脱毛皮肤涂抹擦剂6.7,31.3和71.4 mg/kg,血药浓度在给药后0.5~4 h达高峰,峰浓度分别为0.82,2.05和7.11μg/ml,体内药物平均驻留时间为3.39,2.79及3.54 h,清除半衰期为2.35,1.93及2.45 h。可见,给兔及小鼠皮肤擦剂后,青蒿琥酯吸收良好,血药浓度维持时间较长。 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To assess the reliability of a nurse-performed nutrition screening tool (NST) for hemodialysis (HD) patients to identify nutritionally at-risk patients. DESIGN: Tool reliability assessment. SETTING AND PARTICIPANTS: The setting was nine non-hospital private (n = 3) and public (n = 6) HD units in Australia (two rural and seven metropolitan). Participants were 112 HD patients. RESULTS: A total of 112 HD patients (male = 65, female = 47) from 9 non-hospital HD units in Australia (seven metropolitan and two rural) were screened with the NST and the outcome of dietitian referral compared with Standard Dietitians Assessment. The mean age of patients was 57.6 years. Overall, the NST showed a sensitivity of 0.84 (range, 0.71 to 0.94; P < .05) and a specificity of 0.9 (range, 0.82 to 0.98; P < .05). The NST was more sensitive (sensitivity, 0.93 [range, 0.87 to 0.99; P < .05]) and was more specific for men (specificity, 0.92 [range, 0.85 to 0.99; P < .05]). Specificity was very strong in metropolitan patients (specificity, 0.94 [range, 0.87 to 1.01; P < .05]). CONCLUSIONS: The tool was more sensitive and specific than the NST previously reported by the same investigators. The tool is particularly specific in that it screens those patients not requiring dietitian intervention. The undecapeptide, substance P, is known to be synthesized in cell bodies of dorsal root ganglia. This neuropeptide is also known to modulate sensory, nociceptive transmission postsynaptically on dorsal horn interneurons. In the animal model used in the current study, experimental mechanical stimulation of dorsal root ganglia and nerve roots increased the amounts of substance P, as well as substance P immunoreactivity in cell bodies of the dorsal root ganglia and in the substantia gelatinosa of the spinal dorsal horn that the cell bodies innervated. These results were determined by using both immunohistochemistry and radioimmunoassay. Corporations have engaged in sponsorship of health management programs and, more recently, disease management programs to facilitate healthy and productive work environments. The purpose of this review is to examine the health and financial outcomes from these corporate-sponsored disease management programs. This article focuses on seven diseases or chronic conditions (arthritis, asthma, cancer, depression, diabetes mellitus, heart disease, and migraine) that potentially impact employee productivity (both in time away from work and in loss of effectiveness at work) and health status including medical and pharmaceutical utilization and costs.Corporate-sponsored disease management programs typically focus on education and screening for selected diseases or chronic conditions. Partnerships have been formed with health plans and third-party program providers to reach employees with interventions and treatment. The typical outcome measures from these programs have primarily been clinical indicators and medical utilization. Measures of productivity need to be incorporated as important outcome measures for disease management programs.The estimated financial opportunity for the corporation is a reflection of the cost differential for a given disease and the prevalence of that disease within the employee population. Primary diseases, chronic conditions, and health risks contribute to increased medical utilization and decreased productivity within the corporation. Promoting programs that focus on the whole person, including health risks, chronic conditions, and diseases, will likely increase the possibility of success in helping the employee to better self-manage their health conditions and consequently provide gains for both the individual and the corporation. 相似文献
