腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶是一种重要的蛋白激酶,主要作用是协调代谢和能量平衡.腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶被激活后,在增加骨骼肌对葡萄糖摄取、增强胰岛素敏感性、增加脂肪酸氧化以及调节基因转录等方面发挥重要作用.已经证实脂联素有调节糖脂代谢的作用,但其作用机制尚不十分清楚,很可能是通过腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶介导,对脂联素信号转导通路的研究将成为进一步理解脂联素作用的关键所在.而脂联素又是妊娠期糖尿病的预测因子,所以腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶逐渐成为对妊娠期糖尿病研究中的焦点.  相似文献

The first attempt to provide a data base for comparing a pilot and full scale system for various organics produced results that require further investigation. Although both of the pilot systems had longer average contact times than their respective full scale systems, a uniform pattern of longer service time for the different substances evaluated did not occur. These results may not be consistent with the data collected using pilot contactors in series to observe the effect of contact time. The series pilot contactor system provided data that show the effect of varying empty bed contact time on the removal of the organic substances studied. Improved effluent quality was generally achieved with increased contact time. A pilot series system similar to the one used is considered essential in collecting and interpreting design data. A method of statistical interpretation of the results was developed that shows promise for use in evaluating pilot column results. Further evaluation is required to assess that all pertinent factors were properly controlled during the investigation. Also, repeat testing will be conducted, attempting to control more closely the contact times between the pilot and full scale systems. The comparative granular activated carbon particle sizes also will be more closely examined. Although pilot to full-scale comparisons have been successfully performed for single parameters, the results for multiple organics have not been previously reported. Such a data base, if properly collected, will provide invaluable background in assessing what types of design safety factors are required when using pilot column data to predict full scale results for a naturally occurring mixture of organic substances.  相似文献

目的研究臂丛神经损伤膈神经移位术对青壮年患者早期呼吸功能的影响.方法对16例接受膈神经移位治疗的患者,在术前、术后(10 d)进行肺功能指标的比较,同时定期进行门诊随访,观察呼吸系统自觉症状程度.结果13例术后出现了不同程度的供氧不足症状,16例全部出现一侧膈肌抬高,术后第10天肺活量(VC)、肺活量预计值百分数(VC%)分别比术前减少37.98%和26.88%,两者差异有统计学意义(tvc=11.532、tvc%=0,P<0.01).其它项目如残气量(RV)较术前轻度下降,肺总量(TLC)下降值达到术前肺总量的36.49%,残气量/肺总量比值(RV/TLC%)较术前上升了4.75%,上述各指标的差值均有统计学意义.1 s用力呼气量/用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)和术前比基本无改变,但其差值有统计学意义.膈神经移位右侧(10例)与左侧(6例)术前、术后肺活量比较差异有统计学意义.术后随访8个月~2年,所有患者均无明显呼吸困难和胸闷等症状.结论膈神经移位术后对青壮年患者肺容量有较大的丧失,肺通气功能减弱和小气道阻力增加,但其丧失程度在机体自身代偿耐受范围内,不会导致急剧发生的严重呼吸功能障碍.建议对右侧臂丛神经根性损伤的患者,术前进行严格的肺、心功能检查,避免发生较为严重的并发症.  相似文献

DL-2-Amino-4-phosphonobutyric acid (APB) suppresses activity in retinal ON pathways. It is generally assumed that loss of the ON pathway would result in loss of ON responses in the visual system. We tested this assumption by recording activity from the optic nerves of intact goldfish (Carassius auratus) before and after intraocular injection of APB. Whole-nerve responses to increments and decrements of light were compared to electroretinogram responses and to tectal evoked potentials. APB severely reduced the amplitude of the electroretinogram b-wave but left ON and OFF responses from the optic nerve and tectum intact, although decreased in sensitivity. We conclude that APB does not completely eliminate ON responses in the visual system, at least in goldfish. The selectivity and effectiveness of APB must be evaluated in other species before this agent can be relied upon as a useful tool in understanding the roles of ON and OFF pathways in visual function.  相似文献

Summary Eight patients, of whom four had acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and four had chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) blast crisis, were treated with a combination of cytosine arabinoside (ARA-C: 1,600 mg/m2 in three patients, 1,200 mg/m2 in five patients), tetrahydrouridine (THU: 2,800 mg/m2 in two patients, 2,646 mg/m2 in one patient, 2,100 mg/m2 in five patients), and carboplatin (900 mg/m2 in four patients, 720 mg/m2 in one patient, 450 mg/m2 in three patients). As a result of this treatment, five of the eight patients became aplastic. Two of the four patients with CML blast crisis reverted to the chronic phase and two of the four patients with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) attained a remission (one partial remission and one complete remission). The major toxicities included myelosuppression, unacceptable hepatotoxicity, and diarrhea. Pharmacokinetics studies revealed that the addition of carboplatin did not significantly change the disposition of ARA-C. ARA-C levels were not significantly changed in comparison with those obtained in a prior study of ARA-C with THU (ARA-C plasma levels at 3 h, 2630±1170 ng/ml).Supported by the Don Monti Memorial Research Foundation  相似文献

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the likelihood and the effect of parent-child factors on communicating about maternal genetic test results for breast/ovarian cancer risk. Subjects were 42 mothers enrolled in a hereditary breast cancer research program who reported on their interactions with 68 target children. Predictor variables (demographic, clinical, and psychological) were assessed at baseline after mothers participated in a comprehensive genetic counseling/education session and provided a blood sample for BRCA1/2 mutation analysis. Maternal communication of test results to children was assessed 1 month after mothers learned their mutation status. The rate of disclosure to pediatric-age children was 53%. Older children were more likely to be informed of their mothers' test results than were younger children. Maternal disclosure of genetic test results to children was also more likely to occur in the presence of more open parent-child communication styles, though the act of disclosing did not appear to impact communication style. These findings suggest that in addition to developmental phase, family behavioral interactions and communication styles are strongly predictive of whether or not mothers choose to share cancer genetic risk information with their children.  相似文献
