人子宫内膜内皮素与使用皮下埋植剂避孕后子宫异常出血的相关研究 总被引:9,自引:3,他引:6
目的:了解月经周期人子宫内膜内皮素(ET)含量,探讨使用长效避孕皮下埋植剂(皮埋剂)后ET的变化。方法:采用前瞻性对比研究方法,应用放免技术对27例正常健康育龄妇女的子宫内膜标本及使用皮埋剂后内膜标本进行检测。结果:增殖期和分泌期内膜ET分别为2.76±1.25和3.90±1.30 pg/mg,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。14例自身对照组内膜ET分别为3.38±1.17和10.86+3.93 pg/mg,两组有极显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。在使用皮埋剂不同时间,对内膜ET进行分析。使用皮埋剂1年以内组,ET均值为10.86±3.93 pg/mg,明显高于1年以上组。结论:子宫内膜ET含量呈现周期性变化,使用皮埋剂后,内膜ET水平明显高于皮埋前,且ET随皮埋时间延长有下降趋势。内膜ET增高,可能与使用皮埋剂后子宫异常出血有关。 相似文献

目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者合并HW感染的临床特点。方法回顾性分析昆明医学院第三附属医院2007年10月至2011年9月住院治疗的恶性肿瘤合并HIV感染患者的临床数据,总结其临床特征。结果2007年10月至2011年9月该院住院的恶性肿瘤患者共23649人,初筛抗-HIV阳性并确诊的患者112人,阳性率0.47%;其中男性65人,女性47人,男女比为1.39:1;年龄以加~49岁居多,共45例,占40.18%;职业以农民为主,32例,占28.57%;所患肿瘤类型男性以淋巴瘤和肺癌为主,分别为20例(17.86%)和15例(13.39%);女性以宫颈癌和淋巴瘤为主,分别为21例(18.75%)和15例(13.39%)。结论重视恶性肿瘤患者合并HIV感染的检测,权衡治疗利弊,尽早治疗,防止院内感染。 相似文献

目的研究恶性肿瘤与2型糖尿病(T2DM)的关系.方法回顾性调查163例初诊恶性肿瘤合并T2DM病例,比较肿瘤合并DM组(DM+)和未合并DM组(DM-)2组患者在肿瘤分期、治疗方法及其它临床特征、实验室指标等方面的异同.结果 DM(+)组与DM(-)组相比较,年龄、性别构成比、肿瘤分期无统计学差异(P>0.05),DM(+)组肿瘤家族史、高血压病史、脂肪肝、超重(BMI≥24 kg/m)2的构成比均高于DM(-)组(P<0.05);DM(+)组血浆FPG、血清UA及CA19-9、CA24-2、CA50、CA125和TSGF水平也显著高于DM(-)组(P<0.05).结论恶性肿瘤好伴发2型糖尿病,其原因可能与脂质过氧化和胰岛素抵抗有关. 相似文献

目的 探索吲哚美辛联合茶多酚对荷Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制作用.方法 建立C57小鼠Lewis肺癌皮下移植瘤模型并随机分为4组:吲哚美辛组、茶多酚组、吲哚美辛联合茶多酚组和生理盐水对照组,每天灌胃给药1次,连续16 d.观察各组小鼠的出瘤时间、瘤体大小和肿瘤抑制率.结果 与对照组相比,吲哚美辛和茶多酚低、高剂量对荷Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤生长均有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05),二者联合应用低、高剂量对肿瘤的抑制作用高于单独用药(P<0.05).结论 联合应用吲哚美辛和茶多酚对荷Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤生长具有显著的抑制作用,且有一定增效作用. 相似文献

为指导育龄妇女选用适宜的避孕方法 ,采用统一的接受标准 ,共接收Norplant使用者 3 1 5例 ,Vcu2 0 0使用者 3 2 0例 ,每 6个月随访 1次 ,直至 5年使用期满或终止使用。用生命表法统计 2组间各种事件率 ,使用WHO的MDS软件统计月经日记卡并分析出血类型 ,对 2组间的差异行统计学检验。结果显示 :Norplant使用者 5年持续使用率和因妊娠、月经问题、医学问题、避孕器反应的终止率分别为 80 .0 7%、0 .3 5 %、1 3 .3 7%、6.1 2 %和 0 .46% ;Vcu2 0 0组分别为 84.42 %、9.5 0 %、1 .71 %、0 .3 7%和 4.40 %。阴道出血类型分析显示 ,Norplant组不规则出血者占 43 .1 %~5 7.6% ,使用 6个月后阴道出血基本正常者占 1 2 .9%~ 3 2 .7% ;Vcu2 0 0组出血基本正常者可达 5 4.8%~ 60 .2 %。结果表明 :Norplant埋植剂和Vcu2 0 0节育器具有相同的持续使用率 ,使用Norplant埋植剂后的妊娠率和脱出率明显低于Vcu2 0 0节育器 ,而阴道出血类型中不规则出血明显高于Vcu2 0 0节育器。提示 :2种避孕方法各有优缺点 相似文献

Objective To investigate endometrial endothelin type Ⅰ (ET-Ⅰ) level during menstru-al cycle and its change after implant insertionfrom 27 healthy women using radio-immunity technology. ET-Ⅰ level in proliferationperiod and secretion period were measured and compared. ET-Ⅰ level before and 3 to 7months after implant insertion were also compared. The side effect of long term use ofimplant was also study by measuring the ET-Ⅰ level among women 24 to 36 monthsafter implant insertion.Results ET-Ⅰ level in proliferation period was 2. 76± 1.25 pg/mg, which was sig-nificantly(P< 0. 05) lower than that in secretion period (3. 90±1.30 pg/mg). ET-Ⅰlevel in 14 women, from whom samples before and 3 to 7 months after implant insertionwere obtained, were3.38±1. 17 pg/mg and 10. 86± 3. 93 pg/mg respectively, withsignificant statistical difference (P< 0. 001). At different periods of implant inser-tion, the average ET-Ⅰ level was 10. 86± 3. 93 pg/mg within 2 to 3 years after im-plant insertion, significantly higher than that of women have implant insertion formore than 24 to 36 months year.Conclusion ET-Ⅰ level changes periodically. ET-Ⅰ level 3 to 7 months after implantinsertion was significantly higher than that before insertion, and drops as time goes.The increase of ET-Ⅰ level is possibly related to irregular uterine bleeding after the useof implant. 相似文献

This study was designed to determine the impact of chrysoeriol on proliferation and cell cycle progression in the human multiple myeloma cell lines RPMI 8226 and KM3,and its related molecular mechanisms.Chryseoriol was identified by using the phosphorylated AKT-specific cytoblot high throughput assay.CCK-8 assay was employed to examine the growth inhibition rate and IC 50 (48 h) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMNCs),RPMI 8226 and KM3 cells treated with chrysoeriol at various concentrations.Cells were labeled with 5-6-carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester (CFSE),and the proliferation dynamics was detected by flow cytometry and analyzed with ModFit software.The cell cycles of RPMI 8226 and KM3 cells were measured by flow cytometry when the IC 50 concentration of chrysoeriol was adopted.The alterations in cell-cycle related proteins (Cyclin B1,Cyclin D1,p21) and proteins in PI3K-AKT-mTOR pathway were determined by Western blot analysis.The results showed the proliferation of multiple myeloma cells was significantly inhibited by chrysoeriol,resulting in cell cycle arrest in G 2 /M phase.Chrysoeriol could significantly reduce the expression of p-AKT (s473) and p-4eBP1 (t37/46) protein,meanwhile enhanced Cyclin B1 and p21 protein expression.Similar effects were not observed in PBMNCs from normal donors.It was concluded that chrysoeriol was a selective PI3K-AKT-mTOR pathway inhibitor.It restrained the proliferation of human multiple myeloma cells,but didn’t affect proliferation of PBMNCs from normal donors.It might exhibit the cell cycle regulatory effect via the inhibition of PI3K-AKT-mTOR signal pathway. 相似文献
