Abstract Objective To investigate how experienced surgeons in open surgery can quickly learn laparscopic resection for rectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of laparscopic resection for rectal cancer performed by the same team of surgeons from August 2009 to April 2015 in Changhai Hospital of the Second Military Medical University were analyzed retrospectively. The cases were divided into three groups (40 cases in each group) by operative sequence. The time span was 36, 19, 11 months respectively. The operating time??blood loss??the rate of conversion to open operation??number of lymph nodes??the integrityof mesorectum??postoperative aerofluxus time??postoperative hospital stay and the rate of postoperative complications were compared among the 3 groups. Results The operating time in group A was ??162.9±36.7??min??which as much higher than that in group B ??147.0±36.8??min and group C (132.7±31.9)min (P<0.05). However??there was no significant difference between group B and C (P>0.05). Intraoperative blood loss??the rate of conversion to open operation and postoperative hospital stay in group A had no significant difference compared with those in group B and C (P??0.05). Also??there was no significant difference in the integrity of mesorectum??number of lymph nodes??postoperative aerofluxus time and the rate of postoperative complications among 3 gourps ??P>0.05??. Conclusion From the learning curve??surgeons with rich experience in open surgery can learn laparscopic skills for rectal cancer after performing 40 cases.     

内镜下鼻中隔矫正48例

我院2003年6月-2006年6月共施行鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术48例，取得了满意疗效，现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1．1 一般资料 48例患者中，男32例，女16例；年龄18～50岁，全部在内镜下行鼻中隔矫正术，其中局部高位偏曲8例，伴有鼻出血6例，头痛者10例。同期施行内镜下鼻窦手术28例。     

额五针治疗失眠症的临床观察

林学俭教授是林氏头皮针的原创者,自上世纪七十年代起,她悉心研究头皮针疗法,在临床上取得了良好的疗效。为了继承她的学术经验,使针灸技术得以发扬光大,上海市卫生局专门立题进行了林氏头皮针的规范化整理研究,以便推广应用。笔者自2001年起,在上海市中医失眠医疗协作中心接触了大量的失眠症病人。为了提高针灸治疗失眠的临床疗效,笔者尝试用林氏头皮针疗法治疗失眠症,取得了良好的疗效,在此基础上,进一步与传统针刺方法进行了对比观察,以验证林氏头皮针的疗效。临床资料所有病例均为门诊病人,其中男性39例,女性59例;年龄在1870岁之间,病程…     

鼻内镜下治疗难治性鼻出血36例

目的观察鼻内镜下治疗难治性鼻出血的疗效。方法鼻内镜下寻找出血点，双极电凝止血加局部堵塞的方法治疗鼻出血。结果36例患者全部治愈，经过1年随访，无一例复发。结论鼻内镜下治疗难治性鼻出血，视野清晰，效果好。

口腔尖锐湿疣16例疗效观察

我们于1998年10月～2003年12月，采用微波治疗，合用庆大霉素(Gentamycin)、阿昔洛韦(Aclclovir)溶液漱口，16例口腔尖锐湿疣(CA)治疗效果满意，现将结果报道如下。     

椎管内神经鞘瘤的MR诊断

目的 探讨椎管内神经鞘瘤的MR特征。经鞘瘤的MR表现及手术病理资料，并复习文献。结果 方法回顾性分析34例经手术病理证实，资料完整的椎管内神16例囊变，全部病例T1加权为均匀或不均匀低信号，T2加权图像为高信号，27例T2加权信号不均匀，全部病例明显强化，边界清楚，27例不均匀强化，其中17例呈外围强化。结论 T1加权图像低信号，T2加权不均匀高信号，明显强化，边界清楚，外围强化，囊变是椎管内神经鞘瘤的特征。
